Great pans without breaking the bank
So far these have been great! No funky smell, even the first time using. (The Blue Diamond pan I bought years ago stunk every time it got hot for nearly 2 years.) I like that they all have a lid. The heat distribution seems very good, and the non stick is great. Don’t use metal utensils, as just gently using a fork to move some butter around did leave some visible marks. (I barely touched the surface, and wasn’t applying any pressure at all. Non stick still works fine though.) The handles are comfortable, and they do clean very easily.

Worked great until they didn’t
The pans themselves decent. Non-stick works great. Handles have stripped out and won’t hold the screws anymore. Have had the thing less than a year. Worked great until they didn’t. Drilled out new holes and put in new hardware. Custom service has sense contacted me and offered me a refund!

Great set of cookware with lids
Nice cookware set. Good weight to the pans. Non stick which is a plus. This set has fitted lids that allow you to drain the pan if needed. Would recommend for purchase.

Nice pans, but…
Like other reviewers have said, the only way to attach the handle was to purchase a longer screw from the hardware store. This is a design flaw that the seller should address. However, I do like the look and feel of these pans and appreciate that they all include lids. It’s too soon to tell how scratch resistant and durable they’ll be.

…mit einem nicht ganz so schönen Detail.Eins vorweg: Mir gefallen die Pfannen überaus, weshalb ich hier dennoch vorsichtige 5 Sterne vergebe. Man hat hier versucht an alles zu denken wie z.B. an einen Ausguss egal ob für Links- oder Rechtshänder, passende Pfannendeckel (die auch nicht überall dabei sind) mit einem kleinen Dampfloch (der woanders gerne mal fehlt), oder stylische Griffe, die nicht im Geringsten heiß werden, der Hand schmeicheln und sich ergonomisch gut anpacken lassen.Leider haben sie (alle), wie auf dem Foto zu erkennen, eine Wölbung in der Mitte (egal ob warm oder kalt), sodass sich Flüssiges am Pfannenrand sammelt. Laut Pfannenprofi soll das bei beschichteten Pfannen dieser Art nicht unbedingt ein qualitativer Mangel sein, da die Physik dem im Weg steht (Wärme und Ausdehnung). Man müsste sich demnach bei anderen Pfannentypen umsehen, wie vielleicht z.B. bei massiveren Gußeisen, wenn man auf einen planen Pfannengrund mehr Wert legt. Meine vorherigen beschichteten Alugusspfannen hatten dasselbe Problem.Die Pfannen sind in einem kompakten Paket gekommen und mussten selbst zusammengeschraubt werden (Griffe an Deckel und Pfannen), wobei der Schraubenzieher im Paket beiliegt.Ich habe damit mein erstes Spiegelei, Steak und Grillkäse gebraten (per Induktion), es lässt sich gut reinigen (bei mir per Hand) und kann das Set daher nach einem positiven Ersteindruck weiterempfehlen.Ich behalte mir vor die Rezension nach einer Langzeitnutzung anzupassen. Ich bin gespannt wie sich die Deckel im Kontakt mit Wasser schlagen werden, denn Wasser spielt beim Kochen nunmal immer mit. Wassereinschlüsse am Deckelrand zwischen Metall und Glas haben das alte Set nach einigen Monaten begonnen rosten zu lassen. Ich hoffe, das ist hier nicht so!
