works great and easy to use-plus good value
I have owned floor cleanng products for 40 years.We had an old bissell steam vac and this is a lot better.The vac is light weight and manufers easily. The vac cleans great with little effort.The machine is ready to use in a minute and starts steaming. You do not have to use a trigger to get the steam going.There are 3 steam settings. I use the low setting for wood floors and the high setting for tile floors.There is also a brush you can use for problem spots.Remember to use only distilled water.I lreally like using this vac.

The scrubber makes this the best mop
Let me preface this by saying I live on a cattle ranch. If it’s not dusty, it’s muddy. I also have a toddler.I originally received this mop as a wedding gift 7+ years ago. I used it regularly and it worked great. I didn’t have anything to compare it too. Because I am cheap I used regular ol sink water (well) and not distilled. After 5 years of regular use (every 2-4 weeks, don’t judge me, who actually has time to mop every week!) it stopped steaming. Probably clogged with hard water minerals.I bought a different brand and it was terrible. I won’t even get into it but I picked a different one because I like the detachable feature so I could use it on the shower, windows, etc. That part was great but for actually mopping it sucked and let’s just say you could tell I didn’t mop every week. I bought another one of these bissells with the little scrubber.Here’s what I like in no particular order:- it gets good and steamy and it’s hot.- it cleans well evidenced by the mop pad being completely dirty and the floor appearing clean. The mop pad isn’t uneven dirty either like that interim mop I purchased. I don’t see streaks on the floor.- the scrubby thing. Not sure why all mops don’t have one of these. I run the mop over the sticky mess (or whatever mess) and then use my foot to scrub and ta-da. Love that scrubber thing. Precious mop I was down on my hands and knees with something to scrub off leftover food.- other reviews I read while searching for my last mop mentioned cord length. I don’t live in a big house and I change the pad a couple times just because so honestly I could care less about this but if it’s important to you this cord is much longer than the last mop I bought. I’m sure the description gives you actual length.- being able to pull out the water reservoir is nice. Didn’t realize that until I couldn’t with the last mop. In my original bissell a piece broke on the water reservoir cap but I was able to buy a replacement easily.- you can buy extra mop padsI’ve learned to put some white vinegar in there and that helps keep the minerals from ruining your mop if your on well water and too cheap to buy distilled like me.Finally, let’s be honest, no mop is going to magically clean your floor. Some elbow grease is required and maybe a couple passes. But keeping a ranch house clean (clean enough it’s not the end of the world if my toddler is eating off the floor daily) is not for the faint of heart. Steam mops are pretty handy (should have mentioned I have all tile floors) and that scrubber feature makes this mop #1 in my book.

Easy & effective
This mop is easy to assemble and use. I like that you don’t have to purchase a separate cleaning solution for it and can just use water. While I wish it was cordless, it is easy to maneuver around. The adjustable steam settings are very helpful. I did have to go over some stains for a long time to get them to lift, and the scrub brush doesn’t work as well as I hoped. However I think it did a great job cleaning our LVP floors and overall is good value for money.

I LOVE this mop. I used it for years in our home that had tile floors. The quality is excellent! My floors were spotless and sanitized. We moved to a home that had vinyl plank flooring. I since learned it is not recommended for this type of flooring. So now my most favorite mop in the world just sits in storage. Today, as I pulled out my other horrible mop to do the floors an idea popped into my head. Since my basement is partially finished and has concrete floors why not try my steam mop on those floors? I am beyond happy with my idea! It did a wonderful job and the floors are clean!

Great steam mop
I had a Bissell steam mop many years ago, so when I decided to purchase a new one, that is the brand I wanted. My requirements were at least 1500 watts and a nice long cord, and it fit the bill. It functions just a well as I remembered – good steam, easy to operate, heats quickly, and cleans well. The cover did not want to fit the head as well as I thought it should; however it never loosened and stayed put during the mopping. I purchased a “refurbished” mop at a lower price, and so far, so good.

The delivery was done in India within a week but was total waste of my money ,the product is not getting switched on at all ,I tried contacting the seller but was of no use,I tried contacting bissell customer care and they replied that nothing can be done as the warranty clause does not work for India and no service centre is available in India…so I would request others not to waste their money on this product

Excelente producto. Me ayuda mucho a trapear mi casa con menor esfuerzo que trapear de manera manual. No es muy tardado, pero tampoco es una limpieza inmediata. Sus niveles ayudan para economizar agua en caso de no estar tan sucia la superficie. Hasta ahorita ha sido una muy buena compra en cuestión beneficio-precio.

October 05, 2025I finally got to use my steam mop last weekend. I’m ashamed to admit just how bad my ceramic tile floors were. I used to mop every weekend but this thing showed me just how much my mop was missing. By the time I was done doing 2 floors the pad was black. Not sure it will ever come clean again. Unfortunately I can’t find the second pad or the scented pads that came with it so I ordered more. The point is that this steam mop did an amazing job. My floors look like they did when they were new. I haven’t tried it on the laminate floors yet but it is supposed to be safe for them as well. I’ll find out later today. It even came with an attachment to do carpets with. Just set the mop head into the attachment and it glides across carpet like a well oiled machine (Figurative speech. No oil is used) LOLI would definitely recommend this steam mop to anybody. It really does do an amazing job and it’s really easy to use. Floors look and feel new when you walk on them. I can’t wear socks on my feet so I have to go bare footed. Floor hasn’t felt this clean since it was put down. Just amazing.
