Stunning and easy to read fill markings
Beautiful pot. Boils quickly, easy to fill. The LED lights are really neat! The glass pot is very attractive. I appreciate that it will not heat up if there is no water in it, in case I bump it when cleaning the counter, it won’t turn on and cause a real safety issue. Clear markings on the carafe are very easy to read, even without the glasses. Overall, really a nice kettle. Hopefully it has longevity with regular descaling, cleaning and care!

Absolutely love!!
I bought this out of pure boredom but also I truly did need a kettle, I’ve been drinking instant coffee more and truly want to start drinking tea more as well! I love this kettle so much it boils my water so quick and shuts off when it’s ready! I love how it looks especially for price – which is awesome!

Excellent kettle that heats so fast
The perfect unit for coffee in the French press, or when you have only one cooking pot and need to make multiple batches of noodles. My only complaint would be the rim inside that prevents all of the water from being poured out. I don’t like any water being left inside a container to just sit there. To remedy this I turn it on for a minute after pouring to get the last few drops to boil off the bottom, and I store it upside down on a drying rack while not in use. It’s not a big issue. I’ve been using this every time I make coffee and the automatic shutoff has never failed. Perfect size for a small counter space and much faster than stovetop heating methods.

Easy and fast to use. Check that it does not leak, though.
Love this hot water kettle. very easy to use and heats water up fairly quickly. Perfect for coffee, tea, hot cocoa, etc. Have this in my office and got rid of my single serve Keurig.Update 6JAN26:The unit I bought for my office at work started leaking between the metal band and the glass at the top whenever you poured water out so hot water rand down the sides of the kettle and onto the counter. Used it less than 5 times. Tried to exchange it for same model, but price went up and Amazon was going to charge me almost $5 for an exact replacement so I just sent it back for a refund. Note that I do have a second one of this model at home that works great and does not leak.

Top of the Line Electric Tea Kettle with many Convenience Features
I never thought I’d be this impressed with an electric tea kettle, but after using the cheap ones costing half the price, I can say this is well worth the extra cost. Noteworthy differences:It heats FAST. 1800 watts vs 1500 or 1100 in the other kettles makes a noticeable difference. It has an an audible beep once the temperature is reached (in addition to switching to warm mode). The target temperature can be set quickly – you are not limited to simply bringing it to a boil at 212 degrees. There is an LED display with the temperature reading. The power button is electronic soft touch. The LED ring at the bottom changes color to indicate heating, keep-warm, or just lighting for visibility. The cord in the base can be unwound partially if you do not need the full length to reach the outlet. The lid comes off, allowing for direct filling from the faucet as well as easy cleaning should that ever be necessary. For whatever reason, heating the water to a boil is substantially quieter than in the last unit I used.Volume markings are on both sides, one side being metric liters, the other imperial cups. Also included is a tea infuser, but I did not test that. It looks like it would work well, is easy to remove, clean, and replace. This is the main reason for the variable temperature settings – some teas, per the instructions, are best steeped at below boiling temperatures. The engineers who designed this have really put a lot of thought into the product – I’ll bet they are big coffee/tea drinkers and use this themselves. The bottom line: This is a lot of money to boil water, but it saves you time in the morning coffee/tea routine, which is worth money. I’m very happy I bought it.

Easy to use, heats water quickly
This is our second kettle, the first one lasted for almost 5 years. It’s smart looking easy to use, shuts off when the water is hot. I do wish the top didnt come off complete and just popped up like the last model. It looks great on the counter, holds plenty of water and the cord is a good length for my counter.

Great And Efficient Tea Kettle!
Best electric tea kettle I have ever had. It is efficient, handle remains cool, heats the water up quickly and is super easy to clean.I use this for soups, teas and I have a stainless steel filter I can place in my cup to strain my coffee. It was delivered quickly ( before Christmas even, and doesn’t take up much space on the counter. It has a base that plugs into the wall so the kettle itself can be taken anywhere.I would recommend this to anyone. I am quite pleased with this purchase.J Reed

I was honestly shocked by how well this kettle works—especially at this price point. It heats water *fast*, making it perfect for tea, coffee, or anything else you need hot water for. One click and it’s off and running. Super simple to use, and the indicator light gives a clear visual when it’s operating. The lid has a really satisfying, secure click when it locks in place, which just adds to the overall quality feel. One of my favorite features is how you can lift it off the base without worrying about heat—neither the bottom of the kettle nor the plate gets hot, which makes it very kid- and countertop-friendly. Of course, the glass itself gets hot (as expected), but it’s easy to handle safely. For the price, this is an incredible value. It’s efficient, sleek, and does exactly what it’s supposed to—quickly and reliably. Highly recommend it!

Behold: a 1.8-liter glass cauldron that looks like it escaped from a mad scientist’s Instagram. The Chefman Electric Glass Kettle is basically a snow globe for hot water—except instead of fake snow, you get real steam and a glowing blue halo that screams, “I’m fancy, but I still cost less than your barista’s tip jar.”**Speed & Spectacle:** 1500 watts of “hurry up, I’m parched” power. Cold to rolling boil in ~4 minutes—plenty of time to stare hypnotically as bubbles rise like tiny aquatic fireworks. The glass lets you *watch* the drama unfold, which is oddly satisfying, like reality TV for H₂O.**Aesthetics & Aura:** Borosilicate glass body that’s clearer than my conscience after payday. Blue LED base lights up like a mini rave when it’s on. Cordless pour, 360° spin base—grab it like a pro bartender mid-flair. Cord tucks neatly underneath, because even kettles hate clutter.**Quirky Glass Perks:**- **See-through sorcery:** Know exactly how much water you’ve got without squinting at a foggy window.- **Auto-shutoff + boil-dry protection:** Forgets you faster than your ex, but in a helpful way.- **Wide lid:** Removable top, no burns, easy to fill/clean. (No kettle contortionism required.)**Glass-Specific Gripes:**- **Fingerprint magnet:** Looks pristine for 0.3 seconds post-wipe. Embrace the smudges or marry your microfiber cloth.- **First-use funk:** Boil vinegar water once. Now it smells like a pickle’s spa day (temporary, but memorable).- **Hot to the touch:** Glass gets *toasty*. Use the cool-touch handle or risk a “yeehaw” moment.**Verdict:** If you want your hydration station to double as kitchen art, this is it. It’s the kettle your sad opaque plastic one warns you about in its nightmares. Brew on, you glorious, glowing goblin.
