Keep shaking as you go
I’m always looking for quick breakfast options so I got this Nutrition On The Go Single-Serve Vegan Protein Powder with Creatine.This appeared to blend well in my milk until I got to the bottom and noticed some sludge. Otherwise, this shake was pretty good. It has a good texture, mild chocolate flavor and the taste is consistent with other vegan protein shakes I’ve had.This kept me relatively full and satisfied. Next time I’ll be sure to shake my shaker bottle more as I go to see if I can keep it mixed throughout. I’m pleased with this though.

I’ve been trying alternative protein options as whey doesn’t sit well with my stomach, but this is the BEST tasting vegan protein I’ve tried out of the 10+ companies I’ve tried. I’m a big texture guy so I thought blending creatine in would affect the texture – happy to say it’s very smooth regardless of what you mix it with.The single serving packets are a game changer – it really is the most convenient way to get my protein and creatine in. I’m deep into my medical training at a level 1 trauma center, so being consistent with my dietary goals is extraordinarily difficult but this protein has made hitting macros ez. I just keep a few in my work bag and re-up between patients and meetings. And to top it off, this is the cheapest you’ll find protein anywhere. Love this product.

Loaded with premium quality ingredients. Mixes very easily with a standard shaker. Chocolate flavor is great and it over powering. Digests well without any issues like some proteins.It is vegan protein. Pea protein. I’m not vegan but this comes packed with so many ingredients I had to try it and I like it overall. Like a lot of non dairy proteins it’s a little gritty. But not more than others. Again I’m not vegan but from the ones I’ve tried this one wins by far. Others I couldn’t even drink.This is a win.Try it!!
