Great product
Love this. It was recommended to me for use during pregnancy. It really helped with the charlie horses iykyk. Now i use every other night to get a good night sleep and to detox.

THE BEST FOR LEG CRAMPS
this magnesium spray is great. Sometimes I wake in the middle of the night with leg cramps. I keep this bottled at my bedside table. I just spray it on and rub it in. The cramp goes away almost immediately.
