Powerful and intuitive
This steam mop is very intuitive to use. There’s a single button that controls how much steam comes out. I think of it as high and low.I don’t know how much of a difference the two mode has but it feels appreciably different during use.I’ve used it to clean stubborn stuck on mess on top of kitchen counters. I’ve used the mop to get rid of sticky residue on the floor. My wife has used it on her knit garment as a clothing steamer.There’s a variety of attachments that can be used. I haven’t tried the window cleaner or the focused steam heads.It comes with four handle pieces that you can use to lengthen or shorten the main body.The only thing that I didn’t realize is that the steam will keep going for few seconds after you turn it off so be aware of that during use.

Quick heat and great results
Was a bit hesitant at first as I don’t like the plugged vacuums due to the cord always tangling or not being long enough, but surprisingly didn’t have either problem with this one thanks to the really long cord and hardly tangles. It makes cleaning so much easier and faster. It heats up quickly and does an amazing job on sticky messes, bathroom grime, and even windows, all without using chemicals. My hardwood floors look noticeably cleaner and shinier, and I love how lightweight and easy it is to move around the house. The long cord and rotating head make it simple to reach corners and clean larger areas without hassle. I also appreciate how it turns into a handheld steamer for appliances and tight spots. One small downside is that one of the small brush attachments can wear out, but overall this is a very reliable and versatile cleaning tool.

It worked great when I purchased it but now it won’t work! Don’t know how to contact seller. Product is less than year old!

Out of all the Steam Mops I have bought over the years, this one is the BEST! It does a great job and if you buy the scented steam water it makes your house smell wonderful.

Cleaning floors just got easier
This is so much nicer with cleaning the floors in my house! Going from different surfaces and textures is rather with the pad and using steam. I now can clean the house a lot faster without as much hassle.
