Service A+, Quality packaging, Made with care are expert. A+ in my book
Great customer service — super friendly and quick to help when I sent them a message, which I really appreciated. The comforter itself is incredibly high quality. Honestly, “Made in China” gets underestimated these days, because this thing is built better than a lot of expensive U.S. brands I’ve tried. I bought a goose-feather comforter from Costco for over $250 and it arrived with a tear in it — returned that instantly and started searching for something better. This wool comforter felt different right out of the package. The cotton shell is soft, cozy, and almost “cuddly.” The warmth it holds is amazing — absolutely perfect for winter and those colder fall nights. It has that dense, natural wool feel without being heavy in a bad way. Has a wool smell, you have to get use to it, if you come from Polyester like How i use all my life. Wool smell is something get use to, Wool cant be washed in regular way. You give some and lose some, Poly to wool is like driving a beater and now get in a Luxury car.I never heard of this brand before, but the craftsmanship surprised me in the best way. The quality is genuinely out of the park. It really feels like the people who made this take pride in their work.Overall, super impressed and happy I found it. Well worth the money!!!

Great price, great product
I got two of the lightest weight duvets in twin size for my kids and they may be one of the best deals I’ve ever scored on Amazon! They are very well made with a super soft cotton cover, piping along the edges, always-the-right-temperature wool filling and just the right weight/fluffiness.After I switched my poly-filled comforter to a 100% cotton (including the batting) quilt I was surprised at how much better I was sleeping. My kids love their cotton IKEA duvet covers, so I wanted to keep those. This was the best natural fill duvet I could find and absolutely the best price. I even added ties to the top corners of the duvet covers because these duvets have loops to secure the cover to!I would absolutely recommend and repurchase these (I’m considering getting one for my bed later actually).

Great for hot sleepers!! Love this so far!
Nice lightweight comforter, maintains a steady temp for our bedroom (which runs hot in winter bc it is upstairs). Perfect for hot sleepers who still want a blanket that feels like it has some weight/substance! I threw it in the dryer on air fluff with some dryer balls out of the package. It did not have any smell that I noticed (some people complained about this). Sized appropriately for our king bed and fits the duvet cover perfectly with loops that I could attach it to. Very soft and comfy!!

Breathable & warm at the same time!!!
This product is GREAT!! excellent quality !!I never cared about the different materials (and duck feather is not an option, its too cruel for me).I was hesitant to buy cuz I read some comments saying it wasn’t thick enough. Well, i got the -all season duvet- and when i got it, I also thought it was missing thickness (compared to Polyester).I decided to try it anyway and OMG!!DONT BE SILLY like me, thinking wool is the same as polyester. After I used it I realized, the thickness was perfect, the Duvet holds the warmth: yes, BUT, it is also BREATHABLE at the same time!!! (Not like polyester where you cook slowly in your own sweat and maximize heat, until you finally wake up from HOT in the middle of the night). Many comments saying, It smells like wool. When I read this i imagined it was like smelling sheep or caw like p00p!!but to me, it is more like leather fabric smell. Not stinky at all!! And the smell is not strong. It goes away like in two days (or you get used to it, not sure). This wool Duvet is a MUST buy, seriously!!!If you have the money, get it now!!If you dont have the money, just stop eating some time, cuz this buy you will appreciate more than food!!!++ Extra gossip:If you get too cold in winter, then get the duvet-winter version, I would say!..If you prefer sleeping cool but still warm, get the all season duvet version (I got this one). You can also get one extra nice thin 100% wool blanket for colder nights and use it while using the duvet as well.(The wool blanket experience is the same as Duvet experience, even my dog behaves different on those blankest!! He warms up very quick, but his temperature stays nice, not super hot ears!! Im getting my dog his own wool blanket, I didnt realize he’s been suffering with the polyester same as i did!!).

Quality is perfect but sizing is off
+ The quality seems very nice. Good outer shell and stitching.+ Very warm! (400g/sm version). Twice as warm as a synthetic duvet that is two times thicker.+ Price/Value balance is perfect.+ I like the feel, it is a bit more heavier than feathers or synthetic, but not to much. Also it is more pliable, flowy.+/- There is some wool smell, but I actually enjoy it, it’s cozy. It is not noticeable when the duvet is inside a cover- Size is strange. It doesn’t fit properly into any of my duvet covers (US customer here). But I will keep it, just “hem” with some safety pins to make it smaller.

I don’t often write reviews but I thought everyone should know what an excellent comforter this is. It’s so soft and the wool keeps you cooler but warm. Excellent quality! I have tried down comforters before and they are just not the same. I would buy again and highly recommend.

I honestly would have given this a better review but the comforter looks NOTHING like the image. There are no ties on the side, and there is no zipper to check if it is authentic wool. There was a whole in one of the seams that I had to sew and I pulled some of the fibre out to check if it was actually wool. I does appear to be wool but I question it now because of all the inconsistency in the product description.
