Just Right!
Exactly what I was looking for…. I wanted a brush for washing dishes that wasn’t plastic. This one has a long enough handle to use on pots and pans. Works equally well for dishes and coffee cups.

Really good non plastic dish brushes
We ordered these dish brushes to see if we could get a good, functional brush made of organic materials. The idea is to reduce the amount of plastic fragments on the dishes, just on general principles, as well as have less plastic junk ending up in landfill. Is this even possible? These brushes have bamboo handles and all natural bristles. The handles are a little shorter, and the heads a little smaller than our old plastic ones, but these are nonetheless quite functional. The natural bristles are slightly softer, but more densely packed than our old plastic one. Again, quite functional. I suppose it’s possible that these new brushes might not last as long as the old one, but I don’t actually know that, and besides, it’s a good idea to replace germy dish brushes regularly. In that spirit, these brushes come two in a box at a reasonable price. I like these a lot, and would buy them again the next time we need dish brushes.Addendum: I’ve had to downgrade this brush a little. After a couple of months of daily use, the wood handle has separated from the plastic head. It will fit back together, and I can still use it if I put my thumb on plastic head when I’m holding the wooden handle. I suppose I could try to glue the two parts together. However, it’s apparent that this is a design flaw, and is likely to happen eventually in any of these brushes.

I find the brushes very sturdy and reliable for good dish cleanings. This was a worthwhile investment. I highly recommend this product.

Love that these are environmentally friendly and sustainable AND they work well! This pack is a great deal because you get two in the box! I already use the scrubby sponges for dishes and these are another great addition to my cleaning supplies. I will definitely be buying these again.

bristles too soft
I had high hopes for this scrubber but I knew right away I had wasted my money. First complaint: The bristles are sparse and weak. In one photo you can see where the bristles spread out after only ONE use, and they never went back in place. I BARELY used the bristles; I was being very gentle because I could tell they were fragile but then I never got anything washed properly. Second complaint: the white part of the handle sticks out from the bristles (see photo) and smashes against whatever you wash; I was so nervous when washing glass – because it sticks out, it hits the sides of whatever you’re washing so that you can’t get the bristles close to the edges. Huge design flaw.

Not worth your money
I am trying to start making eco friendly swaps and if you are doing the same save your money. It doesn’t scrub as hard as you need it to scrub and the bristles fall off incredibly easily. The brush doesn’t stay it’s shape and I have only had it for a month and it’s been more of a pain than it’s worth.

Die Bürste an sich ist qualitativ gut verarbeitet und ein schönes Naturprodukt. Allerdings verliert sie immer wieder Haare. Dadurch halte ich sie leider nicht für lebensmittelgeeignet, da schnell einmal ein Haar ins Essen oder in den Lebensmittelbereich gelangen könnte. Aus diesem Grund nutze ich die Bürste nun anderweitig – zum Beispiel zur Reinigung meines Fahrrads. Dafür eignet sie sich bestens.
