It works – stabbing pain stops
So far so good – I get a lot of “stabbing” in my feet at night and my legs – I sprayed it on my feet before going to bed and I am very surprised no stabbing. I also spray it anywhere I have discomfort or pain. Hard to believe but this works.

Too watery
This oil has too much of water not enough oil. When dried it is sticky. Maybe just my preference

For years I took medication for my restless legs….it worked but the side effects were…dangerous…. Costly. Had to stop taking.Tried this silly trend of spraying magnesium on my lower legs, and rubbing it in, before bed.I’m almost embarrassed to say….THIS WORKS. I go to bed, my legs are still and they stay that way. Im getting QUALITY sleep.Use it in my 2 yr old too…..ya, works for him too. No thrashing around..

I know that the spray is touted as magic or at least, as helpful, by many. For me? A big fat bupkus – might as well have sprayed water, or vodka or milk. Did nothing.
