Offers some relief
I ordered this looking for relief from my restless leg syndrome fits I occasionaly experience. After multiple uses I believe this does offer some relief, but not in the worst cases where nothing seems to help. It feels kind of strange on the skin, a slight tingle/burn that goes away in 5 minutes. I use sparingly cause it feels kind of messy. The odor is mild but pleasant. Though I did not get the results I was hoping for, it does offer some benifits and glad to have some supply.

I seriously love this stuff. I’ve been using it a long time for fast acting comfort. The lavender scent is more of that English lavender variant that has the pepper undertone. The scent is quite relaxing too. To be honest a pack of two is a really great deal because I started with one before this 2 pack. It does leave an odd residue on your hands when you use them to rub in this stuff which can be awkward but it comes off easy so it’s still really worth it. In my experience; I love it for body tension. Obviously I’d know that I have a lot of it and again it’s my perspective that this works for me. I don’t know about you but it’s worth trying if you feel up to doing so or even can do so. This does last a while. I shake it up a bit before using.

Good Option for Getting More Magnesium
Almost nobody gets enough magnesium in their system, and it’s one of the things that actually really works well topically, so I’ve always been a fan of creams and oils. And this is a very good oil spray, allowing you to get a nice, light layer wherever you need (though you may need a second person if you want any on your back). There are two major, immediate benefits to using a topical magnesium – first, it can help you relax when you’re ready to go to bed. Second, if you have any muscle issues (especially tightness), this can loosen that up very quickly, almost like magic.I typically get unscented magnesium products, so I was worried that the lavender scent would be overwhelming, but it’s actually pleasantly mild. You can definitely smell it, but you’re note going to suddenly smell like a potpourri bowl. It may also help with the relaxation element; I can’t vouch for that. What I can say, though, is that the overall product is solid, and at a pretty decent price for a two-pack.

Great product
I’ve been using magnesium spray for a few years now and this is my favorite so far. I’m not sure if it is due to the aromatic scent, or the ease of absorption, but either way, it works great!I use magnesium spray to help prevent charlie horses and leg cramps at night, and this one does a fantastic job at quelling both.You cannot beat the price for the amount and quality of the spray you get. I would definitely recommend this!

It definitely helps relieve my muscle soreness.
I’ve never used magnesium oil for muscles and this product was a nice surprise for several reasons.First, it actually works! I’ve now used it on a sore wrist, lower back, and my neck and shoulder, and in each case there’s a noticeable difference in soreness and muscle stiffness.Secondly it absorbs really well into the skin and is not greasy or oily after it dries.Finally, it smells great. The combination of lavender and a dozen other essential oils makes this like an aromatherapy treatment.Five stars!

I really like the scent of this magnesium spray. I’ve been using magnesium oil spray for a couple of years now and it’s therapeutic benefits are many. I most love it for sore muscles and when my kids have growing pains. It’s one of the best remedies I’ve ever tried for both.My only complaint with this is that they did not mention that it has Clary sage essential oil in it. Clary sage essential oil is not safe when you are pregnant and can actually cause a miscarriage from what I’ve understood. It should be listed as a magnesium oil essential oil blend spray. Not a magnesium oil lavender spray. Someone who was not reading before they used it and was pregnant could definitely have issues.The scent is beautiful. I really enjoy it. It definitely doesn’t smell most like lavender to me, I can get a hint of lavender, I actually smell the Clary sage first along with notes of other oils.For the price, I’d say this is a good deal.
