Why the diffuser works only for a short period around 30 minutes?
Improper operation of add water or pour out water, which caused water go into the internal circuit board, triggering the machine to automatically shut down accidentally. Please keep adding water from the right direction.
Why the timer doesn’t work?
Add too little water in the reservoir that not reaching the scheduled time and it automatically shut off when waterless. The diffuser has three buttons, if only press the “power” button, the timer mode won’t turn on, need to set the “mist” button.
Diffuser is much larger than in picture? What is the product size?
The product size is 7.12 x 6.16 inch. We have updates the image of the product size with more details, helping customer to understand the product better before purchase.
Why the diffuser worked only for a few minutes?
The air outlet of the diffuser might be blocked. Please keep the diffuser on a level desktop and avoid placing it on any tabletop with blankets, otherwise, it may cause the air outlet to be blocked, the diffuser cannot operate normally.
Why the diffuser has no mist come out?
Add too much water that exceed the MAX line, please keep water under the MAX line and the mist will work properly.

Lovely addition, works well
I am new to the world of diffusers. I bought smaller ones for my sons’ bedrooms. We used some of our favorite essential oils and I was amazed with how effective they were! I immediately knew I wanted a larger one for my living room/kitchen area.This diffuser arrived quickly, packaged well.It was incredibly simple to unbox and set up. It looks exactly as it advertised, the details are beautiful and on its own, without the lights, is interesting to look at.To use the diffuser, fill to the max line and add 15 (ish) drops of your favorite oil. The timer feature is great to ‘set and forget’ – with 2, 4, and 6 hour options. You can also adjust the lighting easily as well.I love turning it on at the end of my day and relaxing. I dim the lights in the living room and unwind with its gentle flow and my favorite scented oil. Filling it to the max line gives you about two six-hour sessions (which is perfect for me). I’ve been using it for a few weeks now with no issues. Definitely worth the price, but I will update on how it holds up in a few months!

This oil diffuser works just fine in my living room. I like that it goes with my style and decor. Add your favorite essential oil and it gently sent the entire room.It helps me to relax. I like the fact that you can change the light colors as well as changing different settings. It also has a large water capacity reservoir. It is very quiet, easy to clean and a great value for the money.

I greatly appreciate my diffuser each morning. I turn it on upon waking, allowing the lights to transition through various colors, which provides a peaceful moment early in the day. Beautiful and elegant
Beautiful diffuser with one gripe: it shuts off after the maximum of 6 hours setting while it is still half full. My other one has a 2-4-6-On setting, this one has 2-4-6 only. It would be 5 stars if it ran until empty. Large reservoir, much larger than most. And the lights are not overwhelming which is another plus. It is an elegant diffuser that fits in any decor.

Enjoying the new diffuser
Brought this as a gift to myself and I am enjoying it very much. I am using lavender oil and the aroma is beautiful. It is easy to fill and use. Lasts for hours. There is a mild sound much like water running in a stream. There are many different colors and all are beautiful.

finally, a diffuser that doesn’t look like it was designed to go in a spaceship! I really love the classic ornate design of this diffuser. It matches my room really well. I use it as both a diffuser and a humidifier, and it is definitely a great diffuser for aromatherapy. I wish the size were at least twice as big, but at least it is easy to clean. I have no use for the light functions that it comes with, as they seem to take away from the classic old world style of the diffuser cover, but I could see the light function staying, but being changed to more of a golden color and being programmed with different pulses and light movements and light flows instead of your standard RGB fade through the rainbow feature. As such, I just turned the lights off and don’t use them.

*UPDATED* Beautiful…..for the 4 months that it lasted
I am so disappointed 😞 I received this on January 30 and immediately started using it. It was SO beautiful! The colors were vibrant and pretty and I loved how there were 3 timer settings. The size was perfect. I got so many compliments on it. Then on May 23, the lights stopped working. It still emitted vapor and everything else, but the lights are what made it special and beautiful. Now it’s just another essential oil diffuser, except it doesn’t light up. I guess I should’ve bought the cheap one to begin with. ***UPDATE*** 6/1/2025 When the seller read my review, they reached out and offered to send me a new one and it is SO BEAUTIFUL and works perfectly. I am very impressed with the customer service. They are very concerned about customer satisfaction and it is evident they value they’re customers. I definitely recommend this product. It’s the prettiest one I have seen and the seller will make sure you’re satisfied and stay that way : )

Stopped working!
Was just what I was looking for very large and very pretty. But sad to say it stopped working after 4 days it wont steam anymore. But the light feature still works. I just wasted almost 34.00!!

As per description I bought this item and which is reached from USA, cover is metal and may chance to get iron rust, inside plastic is good quality and it is excellent. Only price is little high , accordingly metal cover is not too worth. Thanks

I almost didn’t get this one because it’s a bit on the pricier side for a diffuser this size but it just looked so pretty that I had to take a chance… and I’m glad I did! I’ve refilled it maybe four times now and it’s working great. It’s beautiful even when it’s not on and running. If you’re considering getting it because you think it looks cool, you won’t be disappointed. And it’s also a decent diffuser 😉
