For best results, do not thaw frozen fries before air frying

Place them directly into the fryer and use the “French Fries” preset. Do not overcrowd the container for even cooking.

When using other presets, always thaw raw meat completely before cooking.

We also recommend seasoning the meat to your taste before placing it into the fryer.

To ensure even cooking, we suggest flipping your food halfway through.

Press the **Pause** button before pulling out the handle. Use tongs or heat-resistant tools to flip the food safely and avoid burns.

Caution: The glass bowl becomes extremely hot after cooking.

Always use the handle to lift or move the bowl. Never touch the glass directly with bare hands.

Use the included grill rack when air frying.

Placing food on the rack allows hot air to circulate underneath, improving crispiness and ensuring food cooks more evenly.

What’s the fan noise after I turn it off?

When you press “ON/OFF” to stop cooking, the fan will continue running for about 1 minute. This is part of the cooling process and helps protect the internal components.

Can I use both air fryer and griddle functions at the same time?

No. The appliance is designed to operate one mode at a time. You can easily switch between Air Fryer and Griddle mode by flipping the unit 180°.

How much food can I cook at once?

The unit includes a 4.2 QT bowl for larger portions and a 1.3 QT tray for sides or personal meals. For best results, avoid overloading the bowl.

Do I need to flip food during air frying?

Yes, flipping food halfway helps ensure even cooking and better texture. Press “Pause” before removing the basket and use tools to avoid injury from hot surfaces.

Is the glass bowl dishwasher safe?

Yes, the glass bowl, grill rack, and lid plate are dishwasher safe. Please allow them to cool completely before placing them in the dishwasher.

My food is sticking to the glass or the grill. What should I do?

Lightly coat the cooking surfaces or food with a small amount of oil before cooking. Also, clean thoroughly after each use to prevent residue buildup.
