I bought an expensive water filtration system several years ago. When it was time to replace the filters I was unable to. That company kept stating they were sold out. However if I purchased a new system the filters came with it.I was so thankful when I found this site and was able to purchase filters. They came very quickly and were affordable. I am so grateful and these filters are just as good as the filters that came with my expensive system( that are always sold out)

It came extremely fast and in perfect condition. It does a great job at filtering the water. We have been using it now for a few months. Seems to be working perfectly. I gave it 4 stars because they filters that your screw into the other filters. If you screw it too tight, it will break it. I did break it but I just took the nut off the bottom of one filter and screwed the white filter back into there. Be an extremely careful not to break it any further. But order a new filters, fixed everything extremely quickly. I’m very easy to change the filters.

Fetechmate water filtration system is one of the best on the market, especially bc they’re one of the few stainless steel systems that provide both the toxic chemicals and the chlorine and fluoride filters — most do not provide the chlorine + fluoride filters.Ensure that you don’t screw the bottom white filters too tight as I did as the black filters in the top canister will not be able to drain/filter the water into the bottom canister properly. They also provide efficient responses and information when messaged.Great product + Great Service!! Highly recommend, especially since non toxic water’s the most important source of good health💫

Arrived Broken but good filters otherwise.
Seems to be good filters but two out of the six I ordered arrived broken. Definitely needs better packaging. Unfortunately we needed them and had to use the ones that were good.I am going to try to find a different source I think. I usually order when I need them and to have them show up broken puts me in a pinch.

Look elsewhere.
These are terrible. No substitute for the genuine article. The cost of the “real” carbon filters is just stupid, but they last me a couple of years. These lasted about 4 months before getting to a 24+ hour filter time in a Be***y Traveler. Green scrubie doesn’t help as it does with the originals. And I’m on county water, so no sediment to speak of.

I had to ask my husband to finish tightening the spout. I have an injured hand so not the fault of the manufacturer. It is totally an operator issue. I would purchase again. I need to go back and purchase more filters as back up.

Terrible – these filter water very slow and I have to wash them every week to improve filtering rate! Nothing like the original ones I bought a few years back.
