Really super product! Nothing sticks to surface so it cleans easy. Uniform heat distribution hence food cooks easily and evenly.

Very Good Frying Pan
I bought this pan about 3 months ago and I’m glad I made this choice. I’ve used this pan about 10 times so far for eggs and cooking (sautéing) fresh peppers and caramelizing onions and it’s excellent for these tasks. Nothing sticks, I do use a small amount of butter for flavor, and you only have to heat the pan to a maximum between low and medium for best results. The pan heats up evenly and I believe any temperatures higher than medium are unnecessary and may overcook the food. Warm soapy water and a sponge is all it takes for clean up and I never use the dishwasher for cleaning any of my pans. I highly recommend this pan and I’m looking forward to years of flawless cooking from this heavy duty pan.

Been using for over a month now and it’s doing really well. The nonstick surface works as promised and is easy to clean. Handle with a little common sense and it should outlast most other frying pans in your cupboard.

Awesome pan!
I love this pan. It heats very fast and cleans very easily as long as you use butter or oil. The only compliment is that the handle gets pretty hot closer to the pan, but that is easily avoidable if you aren’t stupid.

What a nice pan! It is a bit weighted and I love that, for cooking a good meal this is essential. The coating inside goes up almost to the rim, which is really important too so that nothing sticks to the sides. It works beautifully. I hope it is true that it is just ceramics etc. but no other coating. The diamond claim is no joke, the pan sparkles too (besides having a diamond pattern of course).Now I only wish they would make a larger size. It is ok sized but usually I cook larger amounts in one pan. Anyways – awesome pan.

I love all of the Blue Diamond pans. The 10″ frying pan is the perfect size for everyday cooking. The Hybridnon-stick pan is truly non-stick and makes clean-up is a breeze, no scrubbing needed, just a soft sponge and warm sudsy water will keep the pan looking like new. If you’re looking for a pan that is durable, easy to clean and cooks everything to perfection, you will not be sorry with any of the Blue Diamond pans.

Really like this pan. Bought it to replace another brand that seems to be no longer available. Only problem is that the edge is NOT non-stick and food sticks to it when pouring out of the pan. Not a deal-breaker but maybe something to fix in the future.
