Combination Of Olive & Perilla Oil Beneficial!
It is non-greasy and phenomenal for dry flaky skin! I also use a combination of Olive Oil and Perilla Oil because Olive Oil has a high content of monounsaturated fats, antioxidants, anti-inflammatory compounds and Perilla Oil is exceptionally high in omega-3 fatty acids, specifically alpha-linolenic acid, which is important for brain health, heart health and potentially reducing inflammation!

I understand it is sold as body oil, but I bought it as vegetable oil for health reasons, plastic bottle of course isn’t that great for health.
