Hands down the best… try for self care, headaches, anxiety… awesome product and price.
Dr teals is hands down my go to for bath and restoring my body. I love this product. The smell isn’t overpowering, but you feel the benefits right off. Definitely buy for days you need a pick me up, an extra boost of self care, relaxation, or just need a “me moment”. Leaves skin fresh and soft, not dry. It has helped get rid of many headaches for me. I always buy the pack cause it’s cheaper than even buying it at Walmart for me. Quality and quantity!! Can’t go wrong!

I’m a big fan of all Dr. Teal’s. I like the Soothe & Sleep scent of course, the one with lavender. I like to layer my bath with the epsom salt, then with the bubble bath of the same scent, and I do enjoy the compatible Calm sleep spray for my bed linens at bedtime. I’ve tried tons of other Epsom salt scents from Dr. Teals and some I did not care for, but I would have to say that Vanilla is my second-favorite scent. It’s perfect to pair with some foodie-type scented bubble bath. Right now I’m using it with a cinnamon apple Philosophy for a bit of bubbles. So just for self-care and relaxation, Dr. Teals is priced right and performs well. And of course, the benefits from epsom salt soaks for muscle aches is well known. But the epsom salts really pay off when you are suffering from hemorrhoids. Soak for 20 minutes and the pain/discomfort goes away. Much more effective than even Prep H wipes.

Relaxing, calming, and perfect before bed
I absolutely love Dr Teal’s Lavender line, especially the salt soak. The scent is calming without being overpowering. It smells like real lavender, not artificial perfume. As soon as it dissolves in the water, my whole bathroom feels like a mini spa. A perfect way to treat myself after a long day.

The best epsom salt!
This stuff is great! I used to use just regular epsom salt without anything in it, but this stuff is way better. The lavender is so relaxing! I soak in it almost nightly because I do a lot of running and have plantar fasciitis right now. It always soothes my feet and helps with recovery.

Love the lavender smell
Bought this because I heard that Epson salts are great for sore muscles. I’ve used it a few times so far and I’m obsessed with the smell. I’m not sure if the hot bath is helping my muscles or if it’s the salts but I’m going to keep on using it. I will say a little goes a long way.
