【3 SIZES SAUCEPAN SET FOR ALL NEEDS】This comprehensive saucepan set comprises three distinct capacities: 1Qt, 2Qt and 3Qt, with each unit paired with a dedicated lid to ensure optimal heat retention during cooking. It caters to a full range of culinary needs, from preparing individual portions of condiments, porridge, or dips, to cooking medium-sized batches of soups, stews, and side dishes, making it suitable for both solo cooks and small families.
【PREMIUM STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTION】Crafted with a premium build, EWFEN saucepan set features a 304 stainless steel interior, a 430 stainless steel exterior, and a heat-conductive aluminum core for rapid, uniform heating. Its food-grade stainless steel cooking surface is non-reactive, meaning it won’t interact with your ingredients or compromise their natural flavors, delivering reliable, consistent cooking results every time.
【FLAVOR-LOCKING GLASS LID & COOL-TOUCH GRIP HANDLE】The transparent glass lid creates an airtight seal to lock in moisture, nutrients, and natural flavors, ensuring your dishes are healthier and more flavorful. The heavy-gauge stainless steel handles offer a stable, comfortable grip, and their handcrafted double-riveted construction ensures long-lasting durability. Best of all, these handles stay cool to the touch throughout the cooking process, eliminating the risk of accidental burns.
【QUICK & EVEN HEAT DISTRIBUTION】Engineered with a high-performance aluminum core, this saucepan delivers rapid, uniform heat spread across the entire cooking surface. Unlike traditional cookware that develops uneven hot spots, this aluminum-core design ensures every inch of the pan heats up consistently, eliminating burnt edges on sauces, unevenly cooked oatmeal, or lumpy grains. The result? Restaurant-worthy, perfectly balanced dishes every time you cook, making it a reliable choice for both home chefs and culinary enthusiasts.
【ALL-STOVE COMPATIBLE】This stainless steel saucepan set works with all cooktops: gas, electric, induction, ceramic, and glass included. It’s dishwasher safe for quick cleanup, and the premium mirror-finish stainless steel resists discoloration for long-lasting shine. Safe for oven and broiler use up to 500℉, with glass lids that can withstand temperatures up to 350℉.

Sturdy, 3ply makes for solid quality’s
I’m excited to try these! Finally making the move away from teflon. We do a lot of our cooking on our cast iron pans, but now decided to switch over our pots also. Haven’t used them yet, but wanted to share that the quality appears solid. Not thin and flimsy. The price was fair and quality fits great for home cooking. I will have to update after I use them.

Good pans!
Nice pans….heavier style….the longer handles worked fine for us. So far the bottoms are staying flat and the water boils much faster than our old pans. Love the clear tops vs our old ones.

Even‑Heating 3‑Ply Saucepan With a Tight Lid, but Handle Runs Short
I tested this EWFEN 3‑quart stainless steel saucepan for two weeks while making sauces, grains, and small‑batch soups. It’s induction‑compatible, dishwasher‑safe, and built with a 3‑ply construction for even heating.Heating Performance & Build QualityThe tri‑ply body heats evenly with no hot spots, and temperature changes respond quickly on both gas and induction. The stainless steel interior feels solid and durable, and the lid fits tightly enough to control evaporation without rattling. For daily cooking tasks, the pot performs reliably and holds heat well.Comfort & Ease of UseThe stay‑cool handle works as advertised — it stays comfortable to grip even during longer simmering sessions. The pot pours cleanly without drips, and the weight is balanced for stirring and whisking. Cleanup is straightforward, and it’s fully dishwasher‑safe.Sturdiness & WearThe main drawback is the short handle, which feels cramped when the pot is full or heavy. The interior also scratches easily, even with silicone utensils, which doesn’t affect performance but is noticeable. I’ll update after a month to report on staining and whether the brushed finish holds up. It looks nice and is probably worth the money.LimitationsShort handle for heavier loads. Interior shows scratches early. Long‑term stain resistance still unknown.Bottom LineA reliable, even‑heating saucepan that works well for induction and everyday cooking. Recommended if you want a sturdy 3‑ply pot and don’t mind a shorter handle.

Solid little workhorse of a saucepan
I have been reaching for this 3 quart EWFEN pan almost every day since it arrived, and it has earned a permanent spot on my cooktop. It heats quickly and evenly thanks to the aluminum core, so simmering sauces, reheating soup, or cooking oatmeal is very predictable without hot spots or scorching at the edges. The tri ply stainless construction feels sturdy without being overly heavy, and the polished exterior still looks clean and bright after regular use and dishwashing. The size is very practical for a small household because it comfortably handles meals or sides for about three to four people without feeling cramped. The glass lid fits well and does a nice job of trapping steam, and I like being able to see how a sauce or soup is doing without lifting the lid. The handle design is another strong point; it stays cool enough to grab with a light towel, and the double rivets make the pan feel very secure when it is full.Versatility is where this pan really shines. I use it on a gas cooktop, and it performs consistently. Being oven safe and dishwasher safe is a big plus for me, since I can finish a dish in the oven and then toss the pan into the dishwasher at the end of the night.Overall, this is a well built, reliable saucepan that punches above its price point. If you are looking for a 3 quart stainless pan for everyday cooking, this one is easy to recommend as a dependable addition to the kitchen.

You can FEEL the quality; in the weight, the sturdiness, and the streamlined style
I have cooked for a long time. And for much of that time, my preferred cookware was Le Creuset, or cast iron, or an occasional piece of Calphalon. Oh, and let’s not forget the “non-stick” frypans. Each promising you could use metal utensils, that the coating was harder than ever, blah, blah, blah. No skillet ever lasted a year before the coating was pierced. So in the last year, for my frypans, I have gone back to stainless steel, and I have to say I am absolutely thrilled with my decision. I have never had better heat conduction, better performance, such as browning, and easier cleanup, once you know the secret. So I recently decided to make the leap into saucepans. When this came available I jumped on it for a couple of reasons: I find a 2 quart saucepan, while adequate for many tasks, is too small for others, such as making the coating of my favorite caramel corn recipe. The 3 quart is so darned versatile. So I ordered this, and I cannot convey how impressed I am.This is made of 2 separate grades of stainless steel, with an aluminum core. For the user, this means you can use it on ANY stove or range top. Even induction. It also means that the base of the pan is heavy, which for me means that caramel coating won’t burn before it is done. I already know clean up is a breeze, but this unit is totally dishwasher safe, and even the lid can be washed. Speaking of the lid, it is glass, and you have to assemble the parts on it, but that is easily done. What I appreciate is that this entire unit can pop right in the oven because the handle is also steel; and the lid is oven safe up to 350 degrees F. (The saucepan itself can handle a blistering 500 degrees F)Given the quality of the manufacturing, the ease of cleanup, the steadiness of the heat and its transfer, and the versatility in use, awarding 5 stars is a no-brainer. I am looking forward to a happy association with a quality piece of cookware. (Which, by the way, is far more reasonably priced than others I have used over the years.)
