Bought to make vanilla extract. I’m not a lab person so I have never seen another one of these types of bottles in real life. This is a beautiful bottle. Well crafted. The lid fits beautifully. I am very impressed. Plan to buy more. Excellent.

This decanter is the perfect size for my needs. It comes packaged so well, and with a little card from the manufacturer telling you how to care for it before use. The dark glass is *very* dark. Perfect for keeping my Vitamins safe from any UV light. The glass stopper fits perfectly into the jar, creating a good seal. Although the glass itself is not too thick, it’s thin just enough to keep it light. It has no smell, because it’s glass. It will definitely and is functioning like I intended to use it. Durability wise; this will hold up to a small clank beside another one, but I don’t trust it will hold up to man handling. I am so weery of manufacturers using plastic for every thing (though I can understand why), that I purchased this to store my vitamins in. It was worth the money, to me.

Shattered from falling off a shelf about 1ft high. Cheap glass, not Borosilicate. Waste of money, can’t return because its in pieces.

The ground glass stopper could have been crafted for a better seal but overall a good quality product. Really do wish the stopper fit more cleanly though.
