Must have!!
I was honestly skeptical at first, but these grounding sheets have been a great addition to my sleep routine. The material is soft, breathable, and feels high quality—not stiff or scratchy at all. After a few nights, I noticed I was falling asleep faster and waking up feeling more refreshed. I also love that they’re easy to set up and fit securely on the mattress without slipping.If you’re looking to upgrade your sleep environment and try something different, these are definitely worth it!

Well worth the money
The sheet is well made and washed well. The grounding components are still working after several washes. My only complaint is the elastic should be a little tighter. I have to pull it back over the corners of mattress daily

Feeling grounded!
These sheets are a pretty gray color and are soft! They seem to be a durable material that will hold up through washes and wear. The sheet works as expected and we hope to experience better sleep while using these sheets.

comfy cotton feel and easy to set up on the bed
Opened the grounding sheet after laundry day so it could go on fresh. The fabric is soft and feels like regular cotton when I run my hand across it, and the silver threading is subtle enough that you barely notice it. I stretched it over my mattress like any fitted sheet, tucked each corner down, and the 15 inch pockets grabbed the sides without popping up. The elastic holds well even when I move around at night. After it’s in place, I connect the snap cord to the port on the sheet and guide the cord behind the nightstand so it’s out of the way. Every night I try to keep some part of my skin in contact with the sheet, so I don’t layer too many blankets between me and it. Sometimes I sleep with bare feet or forearms resting directly on the surface. In the morning I pull the blankets back for a moment, smooth out the sheet with my hands, and it stays neat until evening. The grounding cord stays clipped even when I lift the mattress to change pillow placement. Washing it is simple. I remove the cord, put the sheet alone in the washer on gentle cycle, and hang it to dry so it stays in good shape. Folding is easy because it isn’t thick or heavy. One tiny thing is that you need to check the snap connection after washing because it may loosen, but once clipped in, it stays secure. Overall it fits into my routine just like any normal cotton sheet and feels comfortable to sleep on night after night.

Very nice small grounding sheet for my easy chair downstairs. This drapes very nicely over the seat and armrests. Tested these with the tester I have from my other grounding products and it conducts very well. Installation is very simple, just plug one end of the cable into ground, and connect the other to the sheet, and enjoy grounding and better sleep, or in my case, comfortable sitting.If you have a multimeter in your home, you can already test grounding with that.Plug in your bed sheets, then set your multimeter to continuity mode.Plug one of your multimeter’s probes into ground, and touch your sheets with the other probe. The multimeter readings should fluctuate instead of being blank. That will indicate that your sheets are connected to your house’s electrical ground. If it actually beeps, that will indicate an extremely good connection and very high conductivity of the sheets (it probably won’t).The fabric on these is a bit rough, probably from the silver thread weaved into it. If you look at it up close you can see the silver threads weaved into the cotton fabric. It’s not too uncomfortable, but I do prefer the softness of my old 100% cotton cushion, but I’ll live with it for the health benefits.Overall very happy with these.
