Good brush. Not quite as stiff as I’d hoped for, but still a good brush that is holding up well ALready own this for a few months, and no bristles are falling out, the wood isn’t cracking. The suction hook they included would not hold on my tile wall, so its on the shower bench so I can prop the brush up when not in use. Have never seen a purpose in the “poofs”, a good brush keeps the circulation up, the skin toned. At least that’s how I feel about it. Use it every shower.

Very stiff for large muscles of legs, thighs and butt.
I bought this brush in combination with a soft bristled dry brush for after shower. This brush is excellent for dry brushing the skin on your legs, stomach and butt. Dry brushing really improves the circulation in your skin and helps to keep the skin nourished. Always brush towards the heart , in short strokes, to wake up your skin.I use the softer brush on my arms, chest and neck where skin is much more tender. The combination of brush textures is excellent for a hydrotherapy routine. This brush is for DRY brushing only!!

At first right after unpacking I thought it was going to be bad because of all of those loosen pieces all over but once I brush the brush and got rid of those everything is holding strong. It is very thick and rough compared to any other body brush I have and on some areas of my body is a little to hard but I can use different brush to different areas. Looks nice, feels strong and it is good quality.

Definitely firm
So I originally bought this to use on my feet. I have been dry brushing for several years and I always thought the ones I always get are too soft for my feet. The first thing I noticed when I got it is that it has longer bristles than other brushes I’ve used. I figured that would take away from the firmness. Well, let me tell you, as soon as I tried it on my skin I knew it was not going to be used on my feet. (In actuality, I probably should have bought two. 😊) This is definitely a firm brush as the item description says. If you have sensitive or thin skin then I wouldn’t use this brush. On the other hand, I absolutely loved the firmness, but in certain spots, like my tummy or inner thighs, I did have to ease up on it a bit. And I definitely would not be using this on your face.

Nice stiff brush
Good brush, nice & stiff. I have waisted too much money on soft brushes . Unfortunately after return window was closed a tack that holds the strap on came out & wouldn’t stay back in.

If you’re looking for a STIFF dry body brush, this is it!
I have a dry body brush I have used to stimulate my lymph system, an almost mitt kind of thing that I have been trying to find a suitable replacement for, literally for 20 years. Everything else out there has been too soft to really move the lymph around. This one is DEFINITELY much stiffer, almost too much so, practically a horse brush, BUT the bristles will break down over time ( they already felt better the 2nd time I used it). Dry body brushes are exactly that; they are NOT meant to be used in the shower, so anyone complaining about the wooden part that holds the bristles breaking down after showering with it, that’s misuse of the product, and not what it was designed for.
