Squishy. Thick. Love that it folds. Got one as a gift for my sister, then had to buy one for myself. Plenty long and wide (I’m 5’5, 125 lb for reference). Premium quality. No smell or anything.

High quality yoga/exercise mat
This is just about everything you’d want in a no-fuss yoga mat. The “seams” allow it to fold up accordion-style for easy storage, and the “deployed” dimensions are enough for any average-sized adult. The material is a soft, grippy, foam-like TPE (rubberized polymer), which is typically light, durable, and resistant to stains, meaning it should hold up to plenty of intense workouts. Better yet, it’s very easy to clean with just a damp cloth and doesn’t seem to absorb any unfortunate smells. The mat has a decent thickness that’s neither too plush or too thin, which is very important because too plush can cause extra strain or difficulty maintaining balance due to uncertain footing, and too thin can increase the risk of soreness and injury by not absorbing impacts. Long-term durability remains to be seen, but it has held up to several sessions so far without any appreciable wear and tear.Sure, there are less expensive options out there, but by going with one of those you’re likely getting a mat that only rolls up and may not have the near-perfect padding that this one does. As such, it’s a great value!The only reasons I can’t justify giving this five stars are the omission of two key features that would make this perfect – some sort of handle and snap to keep it closed and easy to carry!

The ILILI foldable mat is superior to other yoga mats I’ve had. The plushness is perfect. It’s not too thick to create balance issues and it’s not so thin that it feels like you’re on bare floor. It’s gives great support especially for the knees, I’ve had mats that didn’t do that but this one has good cushion and makes being on your knees more comfortable. The mat is non slip and stays firmly in place. The best part is the fold. I hate fighting with yoga mats to stay down after being rolled up. With the folding design that problem is eliminated. It’s folds up easily and lays flat immediately. It’s easy to store and would even be great for stacking if you have more than one. I do feel it’s a bit pricey for a yoga mat but it is a great quality mat, it’s perfect for an average sized adult and it’s comfortable.

Great yoga mat that folds instead of rolling
I’ve never thought I wanted a yoga mat that folds, but after having ones that only rolled up and had to be tied together to keep in place and never unrolled straight, this is a game changer.The mat has studded bottom for better grip on the floor so it won’t slide around so much, and is thick enough to have plenty of cushion for use. There are lines where it folds that lack the cushion, but it is not a big enough issue to matter in regular use.The design of this is absolutely brilliant. Because the mat folds instead of being rolled up, you’ll never unfold this and have a lumpy mat that you need to press down. Folding this also allows it to be stored in a more compact way and you could even stack these if you have multiple mats.The mat feels fantastic in use, and I have no concerns about durablity or quality.Highly recommended, I will only look for foldable mats from now on.
