Mad Hippie is the best skincare line made from healthy ingredients, in my experience! THIS oil is my favorite product of all my little Mad Hippie tubes and bottles. If they made this oil in a larger bottle I would use it on my entire body. Sometimes I will put a few drops in with my coconut oil after dry-brushing. it has a fresh and pleasant scent to it as well so it is like aromatherapy as you apply it to your skin. Helps give a healthy glow to my skin while giving it hydration and nutrients as well. You will not be disappointed with this luxurious facial oil.

12/18I recently purchased this product for the first time based on reviews I saw here. I live in Florida in the winter and in New England during the summer. I wasn’t sure if a facial OIL would be a good idea in a hot climate but decided to purchase and see for myself. I’m very happy with the oil. The trick is using just 3-4 drops on your face and neck as a moisturizer. The oil is mid-weight, has a light yummy scent that dissipates immediately, and absorbs quickly into my skin – leaving a nice glow but not an oily look. I have mature skin and oil makes it feel so soft and hydrated. LESS IS BETTER WHEN USING THIS PRODCT. I use in the a.m. as my moisturizer then add sunscreen and in the p.m. after washing my face.I’ve been using it for a week so far and have zero complaints! I think for anyone living in a cold winter climate this oil would be particularly great for your skin.

A nice lightweight oil that quickly sinks into your skin
I recently bought the Mad Hippie Face Cream, Exfoliating Serum, and this oil, and really like them so far. I’ve been wanting to move to using more natural products, and earlier versions of their skincare line had low ratings on the EWG website.This Facial Oil is a really nice blend of several oils, so I feel like my skin is getting the benefits of each of them. In the past, I’ve used Josie Maran’s argan oil, an olive oil from a Greek brand, pomegranate oil from John Masters Organics, and marajuca oil from Tarte, and this feels like a nice synthesis of many of those. The dropper makes it easy to dispense the right amount, and a just two drops covers my face and neck, while leaving my skin with a nice glow.The Mad Hippie website also gives instructions for how to layer their products:”We recommend gently massaging the vitamin C serum into your skin in the morning after washing and drying thoroughly. Wait 5 minutes after applying the serum & apply the creams. Apply the face cream to the entire face, including eye area, then apply the eye cream beside and below the eyes—making sure to rub both creams in well, particularly around wrinkle prone areas. Follow this with our extra hydrating antioxidant facial oil.At night, follow the same steps but replace the vitamin C serum with an exfoliant: either the exfoliating serum or vitamin A serum. If just using the creams, wait a couple minutes after washing your face when skin is fully dry to apply. The facial SPF should be used as the final and last step of your morning routine.”

This antioxidant oil smells absolutely lovely without being overpowering, fruity. Six drops is ample for face neck and decollete, with the residue for the back of my hands. I intend to use this as the last step in my evening routine, alternating with UK independent Green Keratin’s antioxidant oil blends.
