It works!!
I ‘ve always had a hard time going to sleep before 10 pm for years and did not go to bed until 3 or 3:30 am. I have been sleep deprived because of a job that I had for over 40 years. I was a flight attendant for a major airline and all of us got used to taking sleep medication because of our flight schedules. I am retired now and cannot sleep with out any help. I happened to read a review or heard about it, I cannot remember ,but I wanted to try this product because I am at my wits end about my lack of sleep. It arrived the other day so I applied the spray on my feet and I could not believe how well I slept! It was glorious! Thank you so much. I hope that it will continue to work on me. Also, I was so alarmed because I also learned that taking sleep medication products over the counter and prescribed causes dementia. That really frightened me! I hope it woks for you,too!

I’d give this no stars if I could. The spray nozzle is garbage and does not work. As a result, the entire bottle is useless. I regret wasting money on this product.

I am a massive fan of magnesium oil in general and both myself and my husband apply it after exercise. Like other magnesium oils we have used before this one is odourless and arrives with its own spray attachment . We usually spray it onto our calves and thighs and rub it in with circular movements . It is good to apply straight after post workout showers. For the purposes of this review I also massaged it into my feet. The magnesium although not sticky feels almost like when you have sea water on your skin. It takes a few minutes for the skin to absorb it and afterwards the skin feels soft. I did not feel any itching . I do believe the action of rubbing the oil on feet assisted with better sleep .One thing that does confuse me is that I can’t find anywhere that states what the concentration of magnesium is. The bottle and packaging only states the ‘highest concentration’ but I would have expected to see this either as a percentage or written in mg.

I use this everyday on my arms and feet, and it works well, I have a lot of tension in those areas so it helps to relax them. I also pour a little in a bath and this also works effectively for muscle relaxation.The spray nozzle gives off a fair spray and just one or two is enough for each spot of application. Unlike other magnesium oils, it doesn’t sting the skin that much and it absorbs gently without irritation.The bottle is good quality and also tinted, which helps protect it from damage.

I am autistic and hence struggle to sleep at night. I do have melatonin on prescription so I use this to help but I try not to use it every single day due to the long term impacts it might have and I saw loads of people recommend trying magnesium spray. You put a few sprays on your feet and wait for it to dry and soak in and it has a similar effect as melatonin as the magnesium induces the production of melatonin which then helps you get to sleep faster. This is great for both kids and adults and you can get them in different forms such as magnesium gummies but the spray is most definitely my favourite as it is the least invasive and the most sensory friendly for me. It is nice and cheap and is a great alternative which is widely accessible. It is worth a try and it really does help me to get to sleep, some days less than others but if you have difficulty falling and/or staying asleep it is worth a try

Magnesium is a product that I use periodically, mainly to reduce leg cramps in bed, for restless legs and also night-time knee/muscle pain throbbing caused by osteoarthritis. These conditions all contribute to associated sleep problems, of course. This spray is easy to apply, although I can’t say that it had any effect by massaging into the feet. It did not help me fall asleep any quicker when applied to this area.I’ve also been using it on the knees when I’m struggling to get to sleep, which can take two to three hours or worse. It’s possible that the associated massage and increased blood flow help to ward off the cramps, and although my quality of sleep is improved, this is only once I’ve managed to nod off.

I spray this on my feet before I go to sleep as I have found it helps me have a good restful night’s sleep.I also use it on my knees and hips when they are sore from joint acheIt isn’t greasy but is viscose enough for me to be able to massage the area once I spray it on.It is all natural and has no scent at all.The spray comes out in a fine mist so you get enough but it isn’t blotchy.
