Not really convinced
This is an okay magnesium spray. It smells nice, but I’m not convinced on it’s effectiveness. I wish they also gave you more instructions on where to spray it if you want better sleep. Do I spray my feet? Face? Whole body?Also, I doesn’t completely work as a deodorant. It does help, but I wouldn’t throw away my deodorant because of it.

Seems to work as well as other brands of magnesium spray that I have used in the past. Nice little compact bottle that is good for travel.

Relaxing
I like this formula for using magnesium on my feet specifically. I do find it relaxing. The scent is fine. I’m not sure that it is better for me than the other magnesium products I have tried for sleep. I am a hard case insomnia-wise, lol, so your results may vary. This bottle is a great size for travel.

Not as Effective as Magnesium Cream
I was disappointed with this magnesium oil. I did not find it to be nearly effective as the magnesium cream I use nightly. The oil is very (very) oily, and I did not find it to be effective in preventing nightly leg cramps that I have. There was also no moisturizing properties in this oil. I will stick with magnesium cream as it works much more effectively for me.

Tough to spray
The sprayer on this magnesium product could be better designed. Considering that you have to do a good number of sprays it’s very difficult. It seems to work pretty well but not quite as good as an Epsom salt soak for skin issues

Beautifully Packaged
My Magnesium Oil Spray arrived sealed in a nicely designed box that shows information about the product, a list of ingredients, and instructions for use. The product was made in China and has a manufacture date of 10/29/2024 and an expiration date of 10/19/2027. The lovely plastic spray bottle contained inside shows information about the product, a list of ingredients, and instructions for use. It also states that the product has a shelf life of 3 years.I am an elderly female and have occasional sleep issues. I have, in the past, tried magnesium sleep oil and cream on those days with no results. I decided to try this product to see if I would get a different result. Sadly, I did not. I did as directed, first washing and drying the area to be treated prior to applying the product and then allowing the product to dry before getting into bed. Again, it did not achieve the desired result. I have given it four stars due to its being presented in the attractive way described above. For those who do get results from using magnesium sleep products, this one may be more pleasing to use. The spray bottle, in addition to being attractive, also has very good spray action. All of these things make me feel that the product is generally effective, which then caused the manufacturer to invest more in its presentation. I think products may work better on some people than others. If I did respond to these products, this, for the reasons mentioned above, would be the one I would choose.

Average Magnesium Spray
15-20 sprays 2 times daily is a lot of product to dispense. The product is securely wrapped and it is presented in a good spray bottle. I use magnesium spray for foot and leg cramps that disrupt sleep occasionally. Not sure how this is a sleep inducing product, as inferred, except that it does help prevent cramps that would generally wake someone.
