Shampoo yes. Conditioner no.
I have fine, straight, medium length hair. It’s impossible to see new hair growth after only using a shampoo for a couple weeks, so I can’t say that the biotin is helping my folicles to grow hair any thicker or faster yet, but this is a great clarifying shampoo that leaves my hair and scalp very clean. Bonus, it smells good. It’s not perfumey or heavily scented; slightly vanilla smelling but not overly sweet. I’ve also noticed that my scalp is not as oily as usual so I can go a day or two between washing and still wear my hair down for longer without it looking bad and needing to put it in a braid or a bun. This is an improvement! If this shampoo will help regulate my oily scalp then I will definitely see more volume. It does strip all the oils though, so I’m really careful to just use it on my scalp and still use a good conditioner for the ends.The matching conditioner however is not great. You know how conditioner should feel kinda slippery and help detangle your strands in the shower? It doesn’t at all. It’s like a thin lotion and doesn’t do anything for the “condition” of my hair. I’ll keep using the shampoo for now and rely on a better conditioner for moisture.

Don’t give up on your hair!
I’m very happy. I feel like this biotin shampoo has instantly started repairing my very fine and thin(ning) hair that was breaking and becomingso knotted when washed. It immediately feels thicker and so soft right after washing and the thickness feel lasts for 2 or 3 days between washes (my hair is on the higher oil end). The shine is great too (using the avacado conditioner same brand) as well as a lovely scent, and my scalp feels so much better. Before switching it would be super sensitive days after wash, and that seems to have gone away with this shampoo. I’ve only been using it almost 2 weeks, washing my hair every second or 3rd day. I don’t think that it is going to be great for dyed hair (box dyed), but I will have a better test as to fade results after I touch up my already-faded roots. Will be interesting to see if this helps regrow my thinned areas too in the longer run

Good overall product.
If you’re looking at solutions for hair growth, this or most shampoos’ are not going to help you. What the shampoo does do is strengthens the hair you do have, and hopefully prevent further hair loss, whether or not it can even do this is anyone’s guess. There are to many physical and health issues that cause hair loss to tell if this product would be effective. It does not take a lot, and I would not expect it to foam up like some other shampoos, having said this. It does leave hair feeling clean and soft. For the money, if it indeed works as a DHT-3 blocker, it is a good value. Most shampoos with this formula cost 10-15 dollars more. If you don’t expect miracles from a shampoo, this one may be worth a try for you.

Wonderful for thinning hair!!
I started using this to help with thinning, menopause hair. I’ve tried others but didn’t like the smell. This is more like a fresh cut apple rather than apple cider vinegar Within 3 days my scalp started itching and within 10 days I could feel the little spikes of fresh growth. Afte one bottle my hair is noticably thicker. It’s also an AMAZING clarifying shampoo for styling products WITHOUT over drying

I’m in my early 40s and have very fine, thin and FRIZZY as hell hair. I’ve tried EVERYTHING and anything I’ve tried either didn’t work or left my hair looking oily and gross. The FIRST time I used this shampoo and conditioner my hair looked less frizzy and my hair felt so silky soft I was stunned!!! I’ve been using it a few weeks now and my hair is no longer frizzy and actually has volume for the first time ever! Even my coworkers have commented on how beautiful my hair looks!! MAJESTIC PURE Biotin Shampoo
I like the shampoo and the results from the shampoo. It has a nice mild scent. My hair is not dried out from it, yet has some body. What I don’t like is the bottle top, WHY do companies insistent on using pump tops for everything? The pump doesn’t work and I have to open up the bottle in the shower and squeeze or dump out shampoo because they didn’t also send another top as an alternative with this shampoo to use in case the pump doesn’t work. And when I opened it, I noticed it wasn’t even close to filled to the top of the bottle.
