Excellent pans for the price
Why did you pick this product vs others?:In looking at induction ready cookware to replace our aluminum pans, I looked at satisfaction, quality, and price. I did not want to pay for $200-$300 pans (that’s the cost of each pan) that are widely advertised since advertising makes the product more expensive. I chose instead to find the best cost/performance ratio and Michelangelo fit the bill. I like these pans so much that I’ve bought more sizes. They are light weight which makes them easy to handle when they are full of food and work extremely well on our new induction stove. They are also easy to clean. What looked like burned rice residue (still going through the learning curve changing from gas to induction) came off very easily in washing. Although many companies say the pans can go into the dishwasher, I’ve read that steel pans should be hand washed so that is what I do. I have only had the pans a few weeks but my limited experience with them has been first rate.

High quality
I love these pots! They’re easy to clean, cook well, and have a nice heavy bottom to prevent burning. I was a little skeptical at first because of the price but these are very high quality and I would purchase them again in the future if needed.

Not top of the line but better than most. Well worth the price.
Not top of the line but better than most. Well worth the price. Very well made and finished. Not as heavy clad as more expensive options.

Product arrived quickly and was well.packed
The pans look great and the first use was fine. The pans overall seem lighter than expected and makes me worry about dents in the future. They were a good bargain.

My take
Bought and returned. Pros: good looking, great price, the lid feels good. Cons: feel light and cheap. It’s hard to give a fair evaluation as I didn’t cook with them. Just took out of box, thought they felt thin/light/cheap, and repackaged for return. No I didn’t go for the full tri ply, and maybe that would’ve solved my problem. But at this point, I’m planning on spending more to get something of higher quality. I’m sure these are adequate for most people’s needs, but I want something I can feel confident will last a long time, and will hold up to tough daily use. I didn’t feel that with these. But that’s subjective, of course

They work on induction
I bought an induction stove top and needed new pots. They do work on my stovetop. They do hum sometimes on the stove. For the price, it was a good deal.

Poor quality
Do not waste your money. They are light weight and discolored on first use. One pan from boiling potatoes and they other making hot chocolate. Checking to see if I can return them. For the money paid I expected higher quality
