I was very skeptical first about these salts stuff… But after trying it for the first time, I honestly can say is great. Do not expect miracles, but definitely a relief if you have issues with sore muscles. I am currently under chiropractor care, and he is adjusting the hip in my left side, and for some reason today was one of those days that the whole lower back was sore and in pain.So I decided why not to try it! This bag was bought weeks ago and left in the bathroom …not having the time to use it, always looking for an excuse, but today I decided…it is time to try it. And glad I did. I filled the tub with hot water….and added about 1 cup of it. Then got a book and relaxed in the tub for about 15 to 20 minutes. After that, I had a regular shower and still felt relaxed and less sore. The soreness in the lower back was less, and the mint scent was very relaxing. I definitely recommend this product if you looking for relaxing muscles. Hope it will work for you too!

My teenage son has a neuropathic pain disorder which basucally means that his nerves send pain signals to his brain even though there is no injury, he been checked and rechecked and theres no injury, its a neurological issue for wbich he is receiving treatment from a neurologist. That said, putting some of this in a nice, warm bath for him helps him be more comfortable. In addition, my fiance does manual labor for work and is often very sore after work, especially his back and just muscles all over, this helps him as well. And i want to emphasize, im always a ljttle hesitant to buy scented products online where we cant smell them first. I obviously dont want my teenage son amd fiance smelling like they have perfume on. On top of that, im very sensitive to scented products (candles, air fresheners etc), they ofteb guve me headaches etc. I absolutely love the scents of these products, and my son and fiance never smell like they have perfume on after they use this brand. They smell clean and fresh. Will be ordering more of these soon!
