I cant believe it, but it does work! Not placebo effect.
I was skeptical, but for $10 thought why not, let me try. THIS STUFF WORKS. I dont know how or why, nor can I compare it with other brands, but when I feel those leg muscles at night throbbing (IDK the cause, that is another story)-I spray some of this on, and the throbbing stops, and next thing I know, Im waking up the next morning. So it puts me to sleep too? This big bottle should last me a while. I now keep it in my nightstand. Yes, it does sting a little bit, but well worth it.

I use this for deodorant, muscle aches, pains, and applied to my tummy for constipation.Pros–If you use it for deodorant it’s works! I use it everyday-Helps with muscle pains, stiff neck, sore back etc within 20 minutes I notice a difference-if experiencing constipation I rub it on my tummy at night and symptoms are relieved almost always the next dayCons- it took consistency to work as a deodorant and when I first would apply it my armpits would burn-leaves a dry greasy feeling and you need to wait for it to fully go into skin before putting on clothes-drys hands out after applicationFor me the pros outweigh the cons and this spray has become apart of my daily routine!

Helped my restless legs during pregnancy, but a little itchy!
This magnesium spray has honestly been a lifesaver during my pregnancy! I’ve been struggling with restless legs at night, and after using this spray before bed, I noticed a huge difference. It really helps my legs relax and settle down, making it so much easier to fall asleep and stay comfortable through the night.I love how convenient and easy it is to apply — just a few sprays on my calves or thighs, and I start feeling relief within minutes. It doesn’t have a strong or overwhelming smell, which is great since I’m sensitive to scents while pregnant.The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it caused a bit of itchiness on my skin after applying. Nothing severe, but just enough to be a little irritating. I’ve learned to dilute it slightly with lotion or apply it to less sensitive areas, and that helps a lot.Overall, this is a great natural solution for restless legs, especially during pregnancy. Just a heads-up: it can itch if you have dry skin or leave it on too long, so I recommend washing it off after 20 minutes to keep your skin comfortable. It works perfectly

Great Relief for Tired and Cramping Legs
This is my second bottle of magnesium spray. I used the first one during pregnancy and sprayed it on my legs when I had cramps. It really helped with the heaviness in my legs and muscle cramps.Now I use it again when my legs feel tired or restless. It really works well and provides quick relief. A great product that I highly recommend.

It makes your skin feel itchy
The product is good quality, bought it to help with sleep, it helps muscles relax, etc. but if you suffer from insomnia its not get you the results you need, it makes your hand and body feel itchy

Great topical magnesium for sleep!
I love this magnesium spray! I’ve tried more expensive brands but I like this one the best. It doesn’t sting if I use it on my feet (which is the primary way I use it).I typically spray 4-5 sprays of this on each foot before bed and rub it in for a minute or two. Then I put on a pair of loose cotton socks and go to sleep. I sleep so well with this magnesium spray and I can definitely tell it helps my body and muscles to relax.The only downside is that it can leave a residue or strip color from some fabrics, so just use with older clothes or white socks.

This spray works very well! I’ve had trouble both falling and staying sleep, and have cycled melatonin on and off, but I’m happy to say that this spray has made my sleep so much better. I do not need to use it every night now but I am able to fall asleep easily and stay asleep through the night.I recommend everyone to give it a try 😊
