Part of bedtime routine
Use these sprays every night for my little one. Leaves the room, smelling nice, but also chills him out just a little bit. It’s like part of our bedtime routine. He knows once that’s sprayed and he smell smells the lavender. It’s time to wind down.

This Babyology Slumber & Sleep spray has been a great addition to our bedtime routine. It has a soft, calming scent that isn’t overpowering or artificial. I use it on the sheets and crib before bedtime, and it helps create a relaxing environment for my baby. I like that it’s made with essential oils and is melatonin-free. The size is practical and lasts a long time. I would definitely buy it again.

Smells Amazing, But Didn’t Help With Sleep
The scent of this sleep spray is really nice and calming. I love how fresh it makes the room and my baby’s bedding smell. But unfortunately, I don’t think it actually helped my baby sleep any better. It’s pleasant to use, just not very effective for us.

This definitely works! we have been using this product for over 6 months now and babies do tend to sleep well when sprayed at least 5-10 mins before babies are put to bed. Overall, I would recommend this product for parents who are struggling with their babies not having much sleep time. The fragrance is also quite soothing.
