Amazing natural retinol alternative!
I’m honestly obsessed with this serum. I’ve been using it nightly for a week and my skin already feels smoother and looks more even-toned. It gives me that healthy glow without any irritation — which is rare for a retinol alternative. The texture is light, absorbs fast, and just two drops go a long way.I also love that it’s made with natural ingredients like jojoba and black seed oil. My skin feels hydrated and plump every morning. Definitely a keeper — I’ll be repurchasing for sure!

Not quite what i was expecting, but nice ingredients!
I’m not totally sure how I feel about this serum yet. It’s definitely more of an oil than a true serum, just a bit thinner in texture than your typical face oil. It feels nice on the skin, smooth and moisturizing, but it also takes a long time to fully absorb. Even after about an hour, there was still a slight layer sitting on my skin, so it’s definitely not something I’d use during the day under makeup. It’s more of a nighttime treatment, something you’d apply before bed and let soak in while you sleep. It has a rosemary scent, which I personally don’t really like for something on my face, but the formula itself feels gentle and soothing. A little goes a long way, just one or two drops is enough to cover my whole face. If using more than that, it just sat on top of my skin looking greasy. It did make my pillowcase a little oily by the morning, even with only using a thin layer. That said, my skin did feel noticeably smoother and softer in the morning, so it seems to do what it claims once it has time to sink in. It has a lot of good natural ingredients that are known to be beneficial for the skin, like bakuchiol, jojoba, and seabuckthorn. It’s a nice natural alternative for people who get irritation from retinol, since it’s much gentler but still offers some of the same benefits. Overall, I’d say this is a decent, high quality product, just one that works best as a nighttime oil rather than an everyday serum. I’ll probably reach for it more in the winter months when my skin feels drier and needs that extra moisture. For $35.99 (as of 11/8/25), I think it’s a little expensive, but also fair price for the quality and ingredients. It does leave my skin feeling soft and hydrated, it just takes its time getting there. In the end, I would still recommend it for those looking for a natural retinal alternative.

Nice serum with clean ingredients
I have been looking for a natural alternative to retinol cream and decided to try this product. It is a really nice serum with clean ingredients! Makes my skin glow! Will definitely purchase again!

Left me with super soft skin
This serum seems thick, but it absorbed very quickly in my skin. I didn’t feel oily at all!! The next morning, my face was so soft!! I even started putting some on my hands since they get dry. Even though I only use the serum at night, my skin stays soft the whole day. I only use 5-6 drops on my face, so I expect that this bottle can last for a while.

Too greasy for me
While this oil-based bakuchiol serum makes my skin feel a bit smoother, I can only use a drop or two as, unlike other serums I use, this is oil-base, so it’s a bit greasy and takes awhile to absorb. I’m wary of clogging my pores, so I use it sparingly. I have found that it does not sit well under makeup. It might be better suited for someone with extremely dry skin. After a few uses, I have decided to use it on my hands, as they get dry.
