This is super accurate! When I first got it I wanted to make sure it worked so I lit a cig and put it next to it so the smoke was going into the sensor and the CO2 spiked dramatically and the alarm went off.You can move it from room to room. I keep it near the stove because I mostly got it to monitor CO2 but I bring it into my plant room so I can check humidity levels also.
