Better sleep
Great product if you have leg cramps I keep mine by my bed . A suggestion put a towel down next to your bed if you have to get up to protect the floor . It never stain my floor but just to be safe

I am a believer in this for Sleep. I read in the reviews that folks were spraying on the bottoms of their feet which I have been doing now for a couple of months and can see a distinct difference in my sleep, quality and length.

Second time buying this spray. I cover my feet in this spray. I THINK it is doing a good job and calms me but not really makes me sleepy. I am hoping it is doing all the good benefits that Magnesium brings to the table. Giving 4 stars just because it doesn’t make me sleepy or affect my sleep at all.

Worsam Magnesium Oil Spray – Wasn’t Effective for Me
I ordered this product, in hopes that it would help me sleep, and relieve some cramping and pain in my hands and feet.The bottle states that the only ingredient is Magnesium Chloride Brine. The formula has a very slight medicinal scent. The product is sticky and does not absorb well into my skin. I’ve been using it at night, with a pair of socks over my feet and gloves over my hands to avoid messing up my bedding.Unfortunately, this product has not helped me to sleep or relax. It did not relieve the pain in my toes or fingers. It’s possible that I haven’t been using enough of the product, but it’s very messy to use and my feet and hands were completely saturated.Rating this product is hard. It didn’t work for me, and I won’t order it again because it doesn’t absorb into my skin and is messy. It may work for others.

Just my opinion. And its probably because I use body oils alot and this oil is very heavy.
