Fill water tank to under the max line and add 2-3 drops of essential oil

Why fail to turn on the unit?
Reduce the water amount and make sure it is below MAx line.
Why shut off suddenly during work?
Please check if the USB cable has been disconnected, try to unplug the DC socket and plug it back to turn on the unit.
Why is my diffuser is not misting very strongly?
If the diffuser is not misting very strongly, there are a few things that can cause this. Check your water level. If the water is too full, the mist will not come out strongly. We recommend filling the water slightly below the max fill line.
Why water leakage from unit?
Under these conditions, the mist may condense quickly into water droplets. Please wipe them up.
Why is my diffuser not misting?

Very nice small room diffuser!
I love this thing! It works as well as the larger diffusers only for a smaller space. It lasts a long time (about 4 hours) then shuts off automatically. So you can set it and leave. It doesn’t make any noise and so easy to set it up. I’d say it is well worth the money!!

Great for the price!
You would think because it’s so small that it wouldn’t do anything but it does well! It stays on all night and even until the morning! It does have an auto shutoff once the water gets low which is amazing! The warm color is perfect for sleeping along with the drip sound it kinda does.. it doesn’t leak at all and has made my whole bedroom plus the hallway smell great! (This does depend on what oils you use and how much of that oil you use) but overall great purchase! I’ll probably get some more for the rest of my house! (Pictures were taken when water is low but it does put out a good amount of water vapor but not enough to tear up anything)

Love the simplicity, works great!
This product is perfect for a work area. I use mine in my office. The light settings are subtle and comfortable to the eyes. I have used it without essential oils and with essential oils. If you are changing scents, I would clean it and then run one full water cycle through it before adding another scent.I can not mix essential oils, and do not like strong, overwhelming scents, so this product is perfect at giving just the right amount.The noise level is low, so it is not distracting in my office when I am busy with schoolwork.I have had this product for several months now, and it has not given me any issues. One thing I would recommend, if it is in a room where you spend a lot of time, you might want something with a larger water tank, because this one has a small water tank, and I have to fill it up at least twice when I have a busy day in my office.For the price, the product was definitely worth the money. I love the simplicity of it, its cute design, and how it does not take up a lot of space on my already messy desk.

Cute Little Diffuser
These little diffusers work great and they come with a usb-C to usb cord, so you’re not going to lose a dedicated cord like some other versions. I took a star off because I cannot for the life of me figure out how to set the color of the light. There’s only one button and sometimes it changes from white to orange when you press it. Sometimes it just turns off. Every one in awhile, seemingly at random, it turns on the color rotation mode.

Small but they are an excellent product
These diffusers are neat and easy to use. The set up was less than 3 minutes. Fill to the water line, sprinkle some drop of your smell good oil, put the top back on and press the power button.They shut off once all of the liquid have been evaporated so there’s no concern of burning up the unit. The quality feels like $20 bucks but these zero noise and the work as you’d expect it to.I have a open floor plan and 1 diffuser will easily cover 1k sq ft. If you have ceiling fans you can probably stretch it further.Overall awesome buy.

Good little mach
I like this little machine. I like the fact that I can turn off the light and still run the diffuser. I can’t sleep with a lights (including clock displays) so this was a key reason I bought it. It has a little bubbling sound and sends out a fine puff of moisture which is fine, as long as it doesn’t disrupt my sleep. I would prefer a machine that isn’t mostly plastic but this is fine for now.
