Modern, lightweight and does a fantastic job cleaning!
With 4 kids and 2 wild cats who love to leave me presents this Shark SteamSpot steam mop has been a miracle for my house. With baby crawling and walking everywhere, this was super easy to get started and use right away. I love how lightweight overall the steam mop is. XL removable water tank that fills 16.9 fl oz of water (or 500ml). I love that its chemical free and just use water! Comes with 2 washable pads that doesn’t get ruined after several washes. Very simple to stick them on and steam away the dirty floor. I’ve tried this on varies of floors, from tiles to hardwood to laminate. Works excellent on all! Too bad it doesn’t steam the carpets hah. This steam mop has 3 modes for steaming, I tend to use maximum level and it does a fantastic job. I love how it lasts to cover my entire kitchen, living room and laundry room plus halls before I need to add more water! That’s a lot, with the fact I have a spacious home with lots of space. If you press the handle, it releases more steam for extra spot on cleaning! I can’t believe I didn’t have this steam mop sooner! All those vacuums I’ve ever owned didn’t do it’s justice comparing to this product. Love steaming as it kills those germs. One way I’d improve this product is having the cord being a retractable cord for easier to manage cord. The cord itself is long and there are hooks to wrap it around when cleaning or putting it away but I think a retractable cord would be a better design. Does a fantastic job cleaning and heats up quickly!

I enjoy the steam mop more than the conventional mops. This one works extremely well. Cleaning power is top tier. Steam quality is great and you control how much steam would be released. no need to worry about leakage and it fits almost anywhere. overall easy to use.

Great Product
I replaced a 10 year old Shark steam cleaner with this more model. Very nice. Works great. Gets up dirt and gooey messes with no chemicals, just steam.

I’ve been really happy with the Shark SteamSpot Steam Mop. It’s very easy to use and heats up quickly, which makes it perfect for quick cleanups.One of my favorite things is how lightweight it is — carrying it up and down stairs is effortless, which is a big plus. It cleans well and I love that I can sanitize my floors using only steam, without needing chemical cleaners.The only small downside is the water tank is on the smaller side, so you may need to refill it a few times if you’re cleaning a large area. That said, it’s a minor inconvenience compared to how well it works.Overall, great steam mop — simple, effective, and convenient.

Love this! Should’ve gotten one of these a long time ago. Makes me want to buy a steam cleaner for windows and bathrooms. It is lightweight and easy to use. It is a little hard to get the water container out, but even with my arthritic hands I manage. You won’t believe how much dirt it picks up. Not noisy at all except when the machine fills itself with water at the very beginning. Sounds exactly like using steam on a clothes iron.

Arrived not working
First attempt at using this, it was simple to put together. When I put the water tank in, it immediately poured the water out (leaked) all over the floor. I tried multiple times and couldn’t see how or why it would be leaking because nothing looked damaged. I called Shark customer service, the agent registered the steam cleaner for me and promptly sent a replacement that arrived the next day. Well, she sent me the wrong tank for this unit. I called Shark back, and it turns out she registered the unit with an incorrect serial number. The tank that is made for this unit is backordered for 2-4 weeks. I said forget it, I’ll just return to Amazon as I can’t wait that long.I was never able to use it, but overall, it seams extremely cheap, I can’t imagine this thing cost more than $10 to make and they’re charging $120? It’s light, cheap plastic. I can’t imagine it would last very long.

Huge upgrade to normal mop
This is my second steamer mop by Shark. This one is so much better.Pros: Super light weight. I never realized how heavy the last one was until I got this one. Makes cleaning less of a hassle. Even though it’s just using steam, it’s super effective at cleaning. I sometimes will use vinegar for extra clean and that works great. I thought the water tank was a little small but it’s actually is big enough for my entire floors. You also don’t have to push it to get the steam out which is nice.Cons: this is not exactly a con but something to think about, I think it cleans pretty well but I’m not convinced it works better than I traditional mop. Probably just about the same. BUT it will sanitize your floors with zero chemicals unlike a regular mop. I like to rotate cleaning my floors with my swifter mop and this just to try to get my floors as clean as possible. You definitely don’t need to.All in all, love the fact that it doesn’t use chemicals

The Best Steam Mop I’ve Owned
This steam mop is amazing! The quality and price is great especially if you get a sale time.We have two cats and a dog. The mop is easy to use! I leaned after using it the first couple of times that you need to hold the steam button down and just keep mopping. At first I was releasing the steam button as I was mopping and it was not a smooth.I recommend buying the replacement pads too so you can keep switching them out as you get on your mopping roll!

I bought the mop end of July and it’s not even 2 months the mop stopped working. There no steam coming from the mop. It just makes loud noise and it stopped working
