This cooker is great! Start it off in the oven or finish it in the oven for that baked result. Heats up fast. My woman loves it! When she’s happy, I’m happy and relieved. She can’t swing it like she can with a cast iron skillet!!!

Does a great job. I’ve cooked a few things in it, I even cooked potatoes in it and made mashed potatoes. Turned out great! The only thing I wish I could change is the low is a pretty hard boil, I would like more of a simmer

Nice cooker, but not like ceramic pot heat.
It is a nice cooker, but it cooks too hot even on the lowest setting. Also, if you’re used to the slow heat distribution of a ceramic pot…this is not like that.If you’re not looking for a cooker that’s exactly like a ceramic pot…this would be fine. Nicely built and aesthetically pleasing on a kitchen countertop.

After first use it’s perfect!
I’ve only used it once but it was exactly what I had searched for. High/low/warm all at the perfect settings. Easy to clean. Handles don’t get too hot to hold. It’s large which I like because when I slow cook something I tend to make a lot! I will see how thing go with the next few meals but I am hoping this slow cooker lasts and doesn’t disappoint down the road.

Gets pretty hot, even on low.
Giving 5 stars because it is so easy to use and is easier for me to pick up than the heavier ceramic crock pot. The big drawback is how hot it gets on low, but also had the issue with the crock pot. I have to watch carefully and turn it to warm in order to extend the cooking time needed. It is a nice size for a family of 4 with leftovers, or family of 6. Would buy it again.
