I use an Airex mat at home that is 1.5cm thick to protect my knees. But it's too heavy and big when rolled up, to travel with. I bought this Strongtek mat hoping for the best of both worlds, thickness/comfort and portability. It is made with a dense foam at 8mm thick, so it gives good protection for my knees and elbows. The top surface is grippy but not sticky. It has a nice soft feel to it. The bottom has more grip and works well on bare floors. For it's density, it is lightweight and a good width so it fits easily into my check-in bag. The strap is just a bit of webbing with elastic. It was taped to the outside of the package almost like an after thought (some reviewers said they never received one). I'll probably make my own out of something a bit more substantial. Very happy with the quality and the price, and would recommend.

Nama-stay with this mat! Love it!
Love this mat. I sweat a lot during hot power yoga and it is not slippery at all! Love the thickness of it also! Great quality for the price!

Lightweight Padding
A lightweight mat that you can easily take anywhere, and decent padding.

Item is just what I was looking for.
It was exactly as stated.I did some research. I wanted something durable and least impactful on the environment. As of now, it is comfortable and doesn’t slip on the tile floor. Has adequate thickness even on the hard tile.

Perfect
Exactly what I needed to put under my sauna dome for a fraction of the price that the sauna company was charging for the same thing

Smells great too….
Thought I’d save money buying a mat on Shein. Oooops. This one is worth twice what I paid.

Disappointing purchase
sadly after 3 short months of use my mat has ripped. The cork top is peeling off. I use this mat about 1-2 times a week in a hot yoga class. The thickness is nice but it does need to be sprayed or wet before it becomes a good anti slip surface. For the amount of use with proper storage and drying I feel as if it should have lasted much longer. Super disappointing because now I have to order a new mat

Cork is a bit slippery on the hands
I find the cork to be a bit slippery. When I’m in down dog, I find I have to flip the mat over and use the black side instead of the cork side.

Tapis bien epais. Joli. Conforme a la description
Dudi –
Molto ben fatto e con spessore giusto per attutire bene
Sheratan –
Tapis suffisamment épais et dur pour être très confortable.
Frame arrived damaged –
The “cork” is just paper that has been attempted to be stuck to foam, it is peeling away at the edges. The mat is so stiff it will not even unroll…….it will not lay flat…Proper scam product.
