Super Duper cleaning cloth system!
I am a retired House Cleaner and I wish I had known about these cloths years ago! They are awesome!I have super sensitive skin and hate the feel of most microfiber cleaning cloths. Even writing this now gives me the creepy crawly feeling in my arms. These cloths are not like that. The biggest one is a dark navy waffle weave and is very thick and big. The polishing cloth is a weird fabric that I dont know how to explain…but it is great at polishing.I dont use window cleaners but instead I use a sink full of hot soapy water using Dawn dish detergent. If that can clean my drinking glasses and keep them sparkling and clear then it can also clean my glass sliding doors and windows. So I used the blue cloth in the hot soapy water, rinsed the windows with clean water (using the same but rinsed out cloth) and then polished with the 2nd cloth. I got sparkly clean windows without using a ton of paper towels and it was much faster. Since I was on a roll I also did my bathroom mirrors.This is a quality cleaning system and I loved it. I actually really enjoy cleaning and this was a pleasure to use. I would purchase it again and give it as a gift. If I see other products from this line, I would love to give them a try. I was impressed with this product.

Great for glass stovetops
Nantucket Footprint Cleaning Cloth, Premium Microfiber & Waffle Cleaning Cloths, Ideal for Glass & Windows – Great for Kitchen, Countertops, Sinks, and Bathrooms – 2 PackI love using microfiber cloths for cleaning, especially in my kitchen. According to scientific research, a good quality microfiber cloth can pick up 99% of the bacteria on a surface. I use a wet one when cleaning the glass top of my electric range and use another to dry it. With two cats and two dogs there is always dust and fur in our home. I keep an extra dry microfiber cloth next to the stove and use it to dust off the top before cooking. Both of these cloths worked well on the stovetop and the other surfaces in my kitchen. Needless to say, they will be getting a lot of use. According to the manufacturer these should last for about three years and 300 machine washes. Avoid using fabric softener as it will reduce the absorbency of the cloths. I’m not sure if the blue cloth is color fast because I noticed that several items in the same wash load were tinted blue at the end of the cycle. However, there was another item that could have been responsible for that. I would still recommend these as a good way to clean at a good value.

I liked one of the two towels that comes in this set. The waffle cleaning cloth is excellent for all kinds of cleaning. It is soft and absorbent and does a really great job. The glass polishing cloth is not my favorite. It does an okay job but is stiff and a little bit challenging to work with. I have another (more expensive) polishing cloth that I prefer over this one. If cost is your concern then try this set.

Yes, I was skeptical. “Fancy cleaning cloths for windows and mirrors…. yeah, right,” I thought. “What kind of bougie gimmick is this?”, I wondered. But I was wrong and they were right; there is something better than paper towels for cleaning glass surfaces.Some reviewers are up in arms because they thought they were getting two microfiber cloths. Maybe they didn’t read the packaging?This is a 2-step/2-cloth cleaning system for mirrors and windows and other shiny surfaces. Two different cloths, each with a different purpose and use. The directions clearly say that step 1 is to “spray… cleaner on surface and wipe with the waffle cleaning cloth.” And step 2 is “polish to a shine with the ultrafine microfiber finishing cloth.”I didn’t have any Nantucket Footprint Glass & Window Cleaner but I have glass cleaner. I read and followed the directions on the package – not because I’m better than anyone else but because I’m rather domestically challenged and I’m always happy with any extra advice or tips I can get. Anyway, lo and behold, my mirrors and windows are cleaner than ever before! I’ve been using paper towels as I was taught decades ago. And for the first time, my glass surfaces aren’t cloudy or streaked. These cloths are basically magic. $12.99 seems a small price to pay for reusable cloths that work magic.

Work great on glass!
I used these to get rid of the haze on our car’s windows and windshield, and it did the job perfectly well! I’ve noticed that the paler cloth has a habit of holding onto any dyes you might come into contact with, such as marker. So, it’s not perfectly easy to keep clean. That said, it’s a cloth MEANT for cleaning, so I think expecting the cloth itself to remain clean after repeated use is a bit unrealistic. The size of both cloths is very generous, and with a good cleaner, you’ll be streak-free in no time!

JUST WOW!
I got these towels mostly to use cleaning the inside of my car, but I decided to try them on my windows first to see how they perform. Well boy was I surprised! The windows in the front of my house get SO dirty on the outside from pollen and traffic, etc. I sprayed my windows with window cleaner and wiped them off with the waffle cloth. I couldn’t believe how clean they got with little effort! I didn’t think the thinner cloth was even needed, but I tried it anyway and it really does give the windows an extra shine! I ended up doing 4 windows, both inside and out, top and bottom, and the cloths were still good. They had a lot of dirt on them but could still keep on cleaning! These are my favorite cleaning cloths I’ve ever had!
