Great looking … classic cotton percale.
UPDATE:I’ve changed my original 4 stars to 5 stars now that I’ve been using my first 2 sets for a year. Why? They have held up great and show no signs of wear. I also thought that the 5 stars would balance out against some bad reviews from people who obviously KNOW ZERO FACTS ABOUT PERCALE … it is not a type of cotton … it is the weave (tight) of the fabric as opposed to a sateen weave (looser) … cotton percale sheets are NOT supposed to be extremely plush and cuddly … basically, the opposite of microfiber sheets. Cotton percale sheets are cool and crisp. Lastly, 100% cotton sheets wrinkle … especially for people who overly dry their sheets on higher temperatures or people who don’t take them out of the dryer within a short time after they are ready. I also wanted to share a few facts about my bed in this update: I have a 13 inch premium quality all foam mattress with an additional 4 inch memory foam topper on it … so my mattress is 17 inches in height when combined. (These sheets fit and do not pop off … but the corners are tight … which probably helps with why my fitted sheet has very few wrinkles.) Finally, in this update I’m adding a few pics to show exactly how my 1 year old sheets look on my bed … straight out of the dryer. Ok … now for my original review of the sheets.(ORIGINAL REVIEW)I LOVE these sheets! For the price … these are really excellent quality and … they are COMFORTABLE! I’m 65 so classic cotton percale weave sheets are exactly the sheets I was raised with. I like cotton … either cotton jersey knit sheets or for the South Texas weather you can’t go wrong with cotton percale. These are cool, crisp and smooth to the touch and the weight is dead on for 300 thread count cotton percale. If you are used to soft, cozy sheets like microfiber or even cotton but a softer sateen weave … then do NOT buy these sheets. Remember, these are 100% cotton so do NOT over dry them or leave for hours in the dryer … they will be WRINKLED. I wash mine in cool water and add a little fabric softener and a splash of white vinegar. I dry them on low temp and remove when almost dry and lay flat on my bed. Within an hour or so I usually put them on the bed or fold them. I’m ordering two more sets of these so I can rotate them out and have one just in case they get discontinued. If they are like any of my previous percale sheets … they will get more and more comfortable as I continue to use them and should last 8-10 years. Hopefully these will continue to be sold since most of my other brands of percale aren’t available … which is why I have that third set on order.** FINAL NOTE: these are definitely 100% cotton and are crisp and cool, yet very smooth feeling but they are BRUSHED COTTON … which is why they are just a tiny bit softer when compared to standard cotton percale sheets. They are still cool, crisp cotton percale sheets, but the “brushing” process during production does make them slightly softer … sort of like how they would naturally feel after using and washing them many times. I have zero issues recommending these sheets … unless you are a fan of microfiber or sateen weave sheets … God forbid :).

Soft, well-fitted organic cotton sheets!
I am thrilled with these sheets! I wanted sheets that would keep me cool at night. These work! I wanted to make sure they washed well, so I actually washed them on hot and dried them on hot, twice before putting them on the bed. I used them for a week and rewashed them (on warm this time.) I also added some vinegar to the rinse cycle for softness. They do come out wrinkled, but if you put them on the bed right away, it’s not a problem. See the pictures. I have a Sleep Number Bed and a thick mattress pad, but these sheets fit fine with room to spare. They have an elastic band that keeps them from slipping up. The edge of the pillowcase does come out quite wrinkled, but I really don’t care. This is a quality product. I highly recommend it. It has helped considerably with night sweats.

Why a Tag on the outside of the pillow case?
These were very nice sheets. I ordered for a portable bed for guests. The sheets are nice quality fabric and the color is rich. They washed up nicely as well. The only reason I gave the sheets 4 stars was because there was a stiff tag sewn onto the outside seam of the pillow case. It may LOOK stylish – but who wants a scratchy tag on the outside of their pillow case against their skin? That is the only complaint I have against the sheet set. Otherwise, they are excellent for my purposes.

Pill-less sheets are now a must for me
These are the only sheets I will buy anymore, they’re that good feeling. They’re not the thickest material but I find it to be about perfect for me. The “True Grip” elastic band works very well. The best part to me is that they refuse to pill! Though, I am not a fan of the use of AI image generation in their branding, as it flies in the face of the environmentalist angle used in it. All in all, a little expensive but worth it.

Nice sheets for teen room
Sheets were a gift to my granddaughter for Christmas. BEAUTIFUL COLOUR!!Delivery was a huge issue! Delivered box covered in bird excrement. Called Amazon, sent pictures & was told by CC to toss package, no return needed, new package sent out IMMEDIATELY Almost 6 months later I was charged for the item…AGAIN. Amazon was a total PITA to straighten out. Thankfully I had saved photos!!

Crisp Cool Percale
I love these sheets! Yes, they wrinkle but I don’t care about that. They are the crisp percale that I’ve been looking for. I definitely sleep cooler and more comfortable. No more blanket on blanket off all night long. I’ve only washed them once so I can’t speak on durability. The price was also very reasonable. The only con is the tag is on the outside of the pillowcase. It’s very small so it hasn’t bothered me, I just think it would be better on the inside.

The elastic is awesome, and the sheets stay in place.I was skeptical of them being true percale based on the price, but they are, and they’re fantastic. Yes, they wrinkle, just as percale does. Don’t let that discourage you from purchasing. A steamer will fix that in a matter of minutes.I love them so much, I purchased a second set. Highly recommend.
