I always use those for bath salt. Great for sore muscles. This is unscented and I use essential oil along with the salt during bath. The big bag last a while. I would recommend.

I added to the bath for sore muscles and it works pretty good, def.loosens them up and makes you feel good for a little while afterwards. I also was using to trim inches off the waste with soaking but it didn’t work. The bath did make me feel extremely calm and relaxed. It was a great value for the price and was very finely ground which makes it great for dissolving fast. If your buying for slimming around the waste it doesn’t work. I tried three times soaking for 20 minutes each time for 2 weeks.
