Very nice pan. Flat, light weight, reasonably nonstick and well made.
This pan is a good value for the money. I ignore the marketing hype about titanium as I’m sure it really has nothing at all to do with the performance of the pan. Titanium is a poor conductor of heat and it is kinda pricey stuff, so there can’t be much of it in a frying pan at this price point. That being said, this is a good aluminum nonstick pan with a machined bottom, riveted handle with silicone grip, and a perfectly flat and non-clad bottom (it doesn’t need to be clad as aluminum is a very good conductor of heat). The weight is relatively light considering how well it performs. The cooking oil doesn’t pool on the outside edges of the pan as it is perfectly flat on top and bottom. The beefy rivets in the sturdy stamped steel handle are clearly not going to loosen up or cause problems. The comfort handle is pleasant to hold. I wouldn’t change anything about the construction of this pan. The nonstick surface seems a bit textured, which is odd, but in initial use seems to work well enough. The texture did trap and smear cheese on the surface of the pan slightly, so it isn’t quite as nonstick as a smoother surface would be, but maybe that textured surface will help the coating to perform better in the long run. We will see. The cheese did pop off with a poke from a silicone spatula, so it’s not the end of the world there, but a smooth and brand new nonstick surface wouldn’t have let cheese smear across it like that when my intent was to get under the cheese with the “sharp” end of the silicone spatula instead of smearing it.

The best non-stick ceramic coated pan we’ve ever had
Purchased in July 2025, this pan has seen near-daily use and so far it’s been great. Super easy clean up and the best non-stick ceramic coating. I took a star off for 2 things: no lid (we have 2 from roasters) that don’t quite fit; too big and everything comes out and makes a mess of the stovetop, too small and it sits inside the pan and touches what you’re cooking. Second concern is the faux wood (plastic) handle so I don’t trust its oven worthiness. The inside diameter of this pan is exactly 12 inches (I measured) so let that guide you. Otherwise, a great choice!

Great ceramic nonstick cookware
We ordered one of these pans to try out and decide if we want to get a full set. The answer is yes! Our family wants to move away form teflon-type cookware and this pan is amazing. Smooth nonstick surface, great heat distribution, and the light color makes it easy to see how well food is browning. It’s not too heavy, but seems very durable and solid.

Nonstick coating came off twice
I want to love this but I can’t. I’ve purchased 2 of these large skillets in the past 6 months. The first one I thought maybe the sponge I used messed up the nonstick coating so I bought another one and the same thing happened. After about 6 weeks of use food started sticking- it’s permanently stained and the nonstick coating is nonexistent. I only hand wash with a soft sponge.

This fry pan is the best! We like T-fal and especially the really excellent coating on this one. Very well balance with a great handle. Oven safe makes it even better.
