The pillow of all pillows…my 40 year search is finally over!
I’ve been waiting to review this pillow so I could give an accurate account. Natural latex is not something I ever thought I would be ok with. I’d tried sleeping on a latex pillow before and it was horrible. I think because it was a formed pillow. This Talatex Talalay 100% Natural Premium Adjustable Shredded Latex Pillow is in a class of its own. I was quite dubious when I opened it. It didn’t seem to be much, with a lot of little shredded pieces. I seriously expected to have to go find more shreds to make this pillow work. I was intrigued by the internal bolster because I typically use a buckwheat bolster pillow when my neck is hurting. I wasn’t sure about how comfy this would be because it is nowhere near as poufy as my old pillows (of which I had two, a Bambooeez and a Purple). I was even a bit worried about the smell of latex, because there is a scent.Well, butter my biscuits, I had absolutely no reason to have any of those concerns at all.I put all of the extra shreds into the main part of the pillow and left the bolster as it came. I threw it in the dryer with five wool balls and set the temp to “air dry” for 30 minutes. It puffed up a little, not much.I HAVE NEVER SLEPT ONA BETTER PILLOW!!!!!No seriously, this is the pillow of my dreams. I can sleep on my side again without a kink in my neck! I can sleep on my back and have just the right amount of support for my neck thanks to that ingenious internal bolster compartment. I can sleep on my stomach and the scent of latex is there, but not overpowering and I am grateful to know that the scent is non-toxic (unlike the materials my other pillows were made of!). No matter which way I lay, my pillow is perfect. My bed is less crowded because it is now the only one I use. Even my buckwheat bolster pillow gets minimal use anymore, and it’s usually for my knees now.Thank you so much for making a pillow that (finally!) meets all of my personal requirements. It has been a long and arduous journey with hundreds of sleepless nights. Since getting this pillow, I’ve slept like a log which of course gives me more energy and focus throughout my day.

Definitely not what it was made out to be…
Not adjustable to have all three support, softness and comfort at one time. Less latex shreds resulted in latex spread out and became areas that were too thin or lumpy. More shreds resulted in rock hard (not soft) pillow (this includes the roll as well). Would wake up more than once during the night trying to adjust it. There was a smell, but I expected that with latex. Pillow caused loss of sleep and neck pain.

Absolutely love it. Super adjustable with 2 compartments. One stationary for your neck. I noticed the other reviews didn’t quite make sense. They just not have known what they were buying. My only 2 complains are there isn’t enough extra filling included (2 bags) and the inner case is much MUCH softer then the outer washable case. This could easily turn into my favorite pillow with a bit extra stuffing and the outer removable case being the same material as the inner.LUXURY TIP: get a 100% mulberry silk pillowcase

Sleeping So Well! Wonderful Pillow
FINALLY a pillow, I love! I’ve tried many pillows, and until now I haven’t been truly satisfied with any of them. I haven’t had this one for too long, but so far I’m loving it. I like the ability to stuff (or unstuff) the pillow. It comes with extra filling. I haven’t needed the extra filling, but if the pillow ‘deflates’ over time, it’s nice to know I can plump it up with some of the extra. There was minimal, if any, smell when I first got the pillow. I did let it air out and plump up a bit before sleeping on it, but I’m not sure this was even very necessary. With the original amount of filling, it’s a soft pillow.

Not comfortable at all
It’s not comfortable at all, nor adjustable. Those internal cylinders make it feel ‘grainy,’ and even if you remove them, it still feels bad. What a poor choice—and they’re not cheap either.

Helped with my neck pain
I purchased this pillow hoping it would help with the neck pain I was waking up with when sleeping on my side. It was a little too firm and high for me, so I took about a fourth of the latex stuffing out, which also made it softer. Usually there is an adjustment period with a new pillow, but after the first night, I could tell a difference in my neck pain. It was much better. It’s hard to find a pillow that offers neck support and cradles your head in comfort, and I’m happy to say this pillow does both for me. There was a faint rubber smell at first but not enough to upset my sensitive nose. I highly recommend this pillow!

Can’t get used to this pillow
I’ve removed about half of the latex shreds, but I still can’t get comfortable with this pillow. I should have returned it earlier, but now I can’t. Pay attention to how long you have to return things.

Absolutely NOT adjustable!
I bought this so I could customize the loft since this company often runs in the default 7″ loft range which is far too high unless your head is made of cast iron. After unzipping the case to readjust this very lumpy pillow and remove the fill, the fill is inside another pillow case that is sewn shut. I cannot access the inner fill. Very disappointing for such a lumpy pillow. It also feels like there is come kind of a foam slab inside the pillow in addition to the chunky fill.
