Very effective deodorant
I normally wouldn’t be giving a review of deodorant, but under the circumstances, I felt compelled to share.I am currently deployed in Iraq, which as most of you may know tends to get pretty warm in the summer. I have been switching through many different deodorants trying to find one that works in the environment that we are in. I came across a stick of Tom’s Lemongrass deodorant in a care package, and thought I might as well give it a shot. It has been the best I have ever tried. It lasts a really long time, has a very fresh, pleasant scent, and best of all is made from all natural ingredients. Being in the medical field, I have seen quite a few soldiers, who in this difficult environment, have developed skin rashes from anti-perspirants, and chemical perfumes in other brands. Though I don’t have a stash of Tom’s on hand to pass out to them, I have recommended this brand to them (which they can easily purchase on Amazon). Of those that have taken my advice, I have received rave reviews in regards to this product. I definately prefer all natural products to those that contain ingredients that I can’t pronounce, much less find in nature. I also am a firm believer in purchasing products made in America, by Americans. I will continue to use Tom’s products for as long as they continue to make them.

It works!
I recently dropped using the “bad for you” deodorants, went through the whole “detox” and switched to natural deodorants. They can be so expensive! And I’m getting nervous that they may not give me enough protection in social situations.After trying some ridiculously expensive products recommended by fashion magazines I realized that I was wasting my money. This works just fine! I didn’t have a chance to test it in some extreme heat/intense physical activity situation, but so far in daily life it didn’t let me down.Don’t waste your money on those $25 natural deodorants- when you look at it, they all have the same, simple ingredients: coconut oil, baking soda etc. This product works just as good and the scent is very pleasant.

Best natural DEODORANT I have tried, right there with the Arm and Hammer brand.I cannot use antiperspirant as sweating is my body’s way of removing toxins – and antiperspirants suppress your sweat glands in the applied area, so those toxins stay inside of you. In the past, antiperspirants would cause me to break out in epidermoid (sebaceous) cysts because the toxins would have no exit out of my body, and accumulate on the skin.Other deodorants have aluminum and other elements horrible to your skin, this does not.Not for people with hormonal imbalances or really heavy toxin levels in their body. Some members of my family say they still smell body odor when they sweat after applying this, but that has to do a lot with the things they input into their bodies. Remember – the worse the stuff you take in (junk food, cigarettes, alcohol) – the more (and worse) toxins in your sweat.

If you’re a beginner to natural deodorant take with caution
I’ve rarely used natural deodorants as my body’s been adjusted to anti-perspirant’s being a male who can sweat easily. Feeling fresh smelling good is important to me.I think Tom’s products are great over-all. I do caution.. If you’re someone who sweats a lot and trying natural deodorants for the first time or so.. Let your body get adjusted to a product before relying on great results immediately. With the Lemongrass.. It’s a great smell but weak. I had to refresh a couple times in the day of course fully clean before re-applying. I’ve tried a couple other natural one’s and this is the weakest out of the few.

This lasts a full, warm day
I have hyperhidrosis. This deodorant can hold me all day (18 hours). I love the scent. I will use a hydrogen peroxide or vinegar rinse under my arms and dry off before applying this deodorant if I need an extra boost of odor protection. I love this deodorant and will continue to buy it. I did not give any stars for warmth because I do not know what that could mean for this product. I took off a star for longevity because it does not last 24 hours. There may not be a natural deodorant that does last that long for someone with hyperhidrosis.

Trying a different sent
This sent isn’t as nice as the apricotTo me but still good. Last me normally 24 hours unless doing extreme work outside in heat then I might reapply. Goes on clear n nonsticky I definitely recommend this brand!!

I was tired of the aluminum deodorants as they felt like they were sticking everything down and was uncomfortable at times. Hard to wash off.This new deodorant is nice and still helps with odour and sweat. I feel clean using it and don’t struggle washing it off at the end of the day.
