High quality and not too heavy
High quality mat. Automatically lays flat due to the heaviness of the material, however, I do not find it too heavy to carry around and I am only 5’1 and just over 100 lbs. Cushion of the material is perfect. Not too thick or thin. Used for hot yoga and mat Pilates… perfect for both!

Great mat. Great traction. Solid and stable.
Love the mat. It’s a little thicker than I like, but it is very stable for all postures, particularly balancing postures. Markings on the mat help with proper alignment. The only reason I didn’t rate five stars is because the thickness makes the end of the mat curl, and I’ve had a difficult time getting the mat to lay completely flat. That might not bother anyone but me….

HEAVY but alas, NO STRAP
Ok quality. Cork has a better feel than rubber/foam. Did NOT COME WITH STRAP as pictured so expect to shell out some more for a strap or carrier. Almost any other mat comes with one especially being this HEAVY.

Well made. Cork layer is very thin. Would be better for home use. Becomes a task to haul to class – especially if cycling.
