Warmth and Weight
Coming from New England, this blanket has been perfect in terms of warmth and weight. It’s quality material and proper size for a standard mattress and duvet cover. I bought one for each bedroom!

Highly recommend! Well made and very warm
this is great. Nice and long, quilted stitching all around and is very warm an thick. I have read that Merino wool is often considered hypoallergenic and is generally well tolerated by people with sensitive skin so that was the main reason I bought it. Because this person is allergic to everything – especially fragrances and it has no smell !

So cozy!
This is a really nice duvet insert. I needed to replace an old wool duvet insert that despite its claims to be machine washable, did not survive the wash. The Woolino duvet is a much better quality than what I am replacing. The cover is so soft and the weight of the wool is perfect and cozy. I love wool for temperature regulation (I am constantly cold but also can have night sweats). I plan to use the duvet year round as I did with my last one. This feels like it is made with quality materials. I really appreciate the loops at the corners to attach the corner ties of duvet covers to. I was nervous about quality blind buying this from Amazon but I’m very happy with this. Would definitely recommend. Fingers crossed that it will survive the wash but not testing that out for awhile.

Perfect year round!
I’ve now purchased 3 of these as well as numerous other Woolino products. Keeps my family comfortable year round in Louisana! Have had one for over 5 years and still working just as well as the day I bought (although the color is yellowed but that’s more to do with my lack of laundry skills).

Terrible quality!
The blanket is of very poor quality! Pieces of felted wool are concentrated in the corners and along the perimeter of the blanket. There is emptiness in the center of the blanket. Horrible low-quality product!!!

Highly recommended for cold climates
I love everything about this duvet for my daughter. It’s the right size, weight, and thickness for our climate and the size of her crib. For reference, we live in an old house, in zone 6, and we keep our heat completely off at night (even in the winter, now that she’s not a newborn). She’s been using this from 18months and still going strong 6 months later. There was no smell upon arrival and it has held up perfectly in the washer and dryer (washed on the wool setting and dried on low-usually 2x a month). Even with machine washing/drying we haven’t had any issues with the filling bunching up or getting a weird smell. I did buy a cotton zipper cover as well to help keep it nice for future babies.Definitely worth the cost since I feel that we can use this for all our kiddos and heck maybe even a grandkid or two.

Perfect!
I am very happy with my purchase. This wool duvet is very comfortable and soft. Doesn’t have a weird smell like other wool duvets and is washable.

A little on the small side for a queen.Size blanket. But it’s light and very warm

Great quality! Soft, cozy! Right thickness, pretty light but warm.

My daughter was growing out of her wearable blankets, plus it gets so cold in the winter, I felt bad that she didn’t have a proper blanket. I decided to go with this one after reading the many positive reviews. It’s great! I actually use a crib duvet cover on the blanket to ensure it stays clean. The cover doesn’t quite fit the measurements of the blanket, but hey, it works.I would consider flannel sheets if it’s really cold where you live since the blanket is warm, but not THAT warm (in my opinion). But my daughter gets hot easily and constantly has her feet exposed (by choice) in the winter, so maybe parents worry too much 😉

Let me share my experience with the Woolino Premium Australian Washable Wool Comforter – it’s been a game-changer for my grandbaby’s crib! This blanket has quickly become a favorite in our household, and here’s why I love it.Firstly, the quality of the wool is exceptional. It’s soft, cozy, and incredibly comfortable for my grandbaby to snuggle up with during naptime and bedtime. The wool is also washable, which is a huge plus for me as a grandmother. I can easily clean it whenever it needs a refresh, without worrying about damaging the fabric. The size is perfect for a crib or toddler bed. At 37″x51″, it fits perfectly and provides just the right amount of coverage to keep my grandbaby warm and cozy throughout the night. Plus, it’s lightweight enough that it doesn’t feel too bulky or heavy for little ones.I also appreciate that the wool is mid-weight, making it suitable for use all year round. It provides just the right amount of warmth without causing my grandbaby to overheat, which is essential for a good night’s sleep.Another thing I love about this comforter is its durability. The wool is high-quality and built to last, so I know it will hold up well over time, even with regular use.Overall, the Woolino Premium Australian Washable Wool Comforter has exceeded my expectations. It’s soft, warm, and provides the perfect level of comfort for my grandbaby’s crib. If you’re looking for a cozy and durable blanket for your little one, I highly recommend giving this one a try!

Don’t know why I waited so long to replace the Daniadown but SO glad I did! Not heavy and wicks any moisture away plus never shifts so you sleep in almost a controlled environment. LOVE the corner loops to secure the cover to also. Is money well spent and will definitely do it again if I have to but don’t think I will as is very well constructed.Overall is wonderful!
