Great Toaster!
I recently purchased this toaster and it is working great. It has a large capacity and cooks very well. I have been using it to cook pizzas and they have been turning out great and DELICIOUS. It is very easy to use and I am happy with my purchase.

Very disappointing product.
Very disappointing. I have reached out twice to Kitchen Elite. There are very limited instructions and no information for setting temperatures or time. To illustrate—to make TOAST, the oven icon switches to 6 minutes at 550 degrees. There is no way to shorten time or lower temperature. Within 2 minutes, the bread is black. If I do not hear back from my second request (2-3 business days) I will request a refund from Amazon.

Airfryer didn’t fit our needs
I want to add an update to my review below. We returned the Kitchen Elite Airfryer for the reason listed below. Kitchen Elite immediately issued a refund. Additionally, their customer service department contacted us directly with the offer of a different style of air fryer, one better suited to our needs, free of charge. We had already purchased a different brand and declined their generous offer. But they suggested we could give their air fryer to someone in need, to pass it forward, which we did. This was an unusually positive experience, and I want it to be known that the Kitchen Elite people work with their customers to correct problems, even when it’s not their fault!Original review: Although this Air Fryer has a unique diversity of functions, as in pizza baking, dehydrating, grilling, etc., its main function, air frying, wasn’t useful for us. The airfrying basket is very shallow, which wasn’t surprising considering the design of the machine, but it sits too close to the upper heat bars [instructions state that it must be mounted in the upper position]. Therefore, anything larger than a French fry burns quickly. The only food that came out nicely & evenly fried was a single layer of green beans. We eat many more bulky veggies, like cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, or broccoli, that we couldn’t process in this Kitchen Elite Air Fryer. Since it works well otherwise, it might be a good choice for someone who is aware of this limitation, but it wasn’t useful for us.

What a wonderful appliance!
I love love love it!!! Not only has my family been telling me for years that I should get an air fryer, but recently my convection oven stopped working and needed to be replaced. When I came across this little beauty the lightbulb in my head lit right up.This 3 in 1 toaster, air fryer, convection/pizza oven is the perfect size and color for my countertop. Plus, when it is not in use I can stand it up so it takes up even less counter space (see pictures). It comes with an assortment of addons like a pizza stone, casting iron, a pizza shovel (like you see in the pizzeria, but smaller), a fetch tool (to help remove and place accessories into the hot oven) and of course the usual things like a crumb tray, oven rack, and an air fry basket for the air frier.The instructions are clear and it is simple to use. So far, I have only used it to make fresh pizza, but that pizza was delicious! I am looking forward to air frying some French fries tonight!

Like Having a Second Oven.
I can’t express how impressed I have been with this Kitchen Elite Toaster Over Combo. It came nicely packed for secure transport. The stainless steal look of the oven is beautiful and matches all of our other appliances. The moment we plugged it in, it was good to go. We started using it for conventional things like how we would use our normal over. But, we have since started exploring all the options, like the air fryer. Talk about crispy goodness! The basic instructions are easy to understand, though we are still in the process of using all the features. That fact that you can control the exact temperature digitally is amazing. Baking a pizza is on the to-do list and we can’t wait. You will not be disappointed with this oven.

Lasted 9 months then broke
Used twice a day for toasting bread Cooked Pizza only once. Also used bake function about once a week in summertime. It no longer works as of October 3rd. It had too many options. What’s the difference from toasting a bagel or bread ? The control knob is too senesitve. Unlike other toaster ovens this one has a fan that must stay on until it cools itself.

I’m really impressed with how well this air fryer toaster oven combo works. It heats up fast, handles everything from pizzas to air-fried treats, and flips up so it hardly takes any space on my counter. The built-in light and included accessories make it super convenient, and cleaning it is a breeze. It’s definitely earned a permanent spot in my kitchen!
