CHAMOMILE: Long known for its soothing, calming and anti-inflammatory benefits, chamomile is the perfect ingredient for this mascara. Along with its known anti-inflammatory benefits, chamomile has healing benefits.

COFFEE: Caffeine found in coffee helps to stimulate blood flow, and in doing so, can also help to stimulate new hair growth. It is also deeply pigmented in rich color, so fewer coats are needed to see a difference.

GRAPE SEED OIL: High in omega-6 fatty acids and Vitamin E, this rich oil hydrates and protects each individual lash from root to tip. It perfectly conditions the hair to ensure long lasting growth without breakage.

CINNAMON BARK: The active ingredients of the bark act as natural preservatives, making it the perfect ingredient to keep your mascara from going bad. Very little is needed to be effective.

The Plastic Problem + Our Efforts

We use minimal packaging on all of our products- if we use packaging at all. In 2019 we switched from non recyclable plastic foundation bottles to glass ones. We reuse boxes and packing materials from shipments sent to us. We recycle paper and plastic when we can’t use it, and we even take our packing peanuts to our local UPS store. Our mission is to leave as small of a carbon footprint as possible.

Animal Cruelty + Vegan

Shellac is a resinous secret of the insect Laccifer on trees in the forests of India and Thailand. It is processed and sold as dry flakes and dissolved in alcohol to make liquid shellac. This is often used in mascara, and can cause skin irritations. BaeBlu is a vegan company, except in the rare instance that we use beeswax (from happy bee farmers, no less). We do not hurt animals, use animal products, or use any kind of animal testing.
