Easy assembly – Read the labels!
A quick note when purchasing- keep in mind you’ll need an extra 4 inches of vertical space for this (4″ more than the size of the filter).ย The extra space is used for removing /replacing the filter (important). Since there’s often not a lot of wiggle room under sinks, it’s pretty important to keep this in mind when you shop.The assembly itself was very easy, since I was drilling the mount into the cabinet plywood under the sink. If I had to drill through, say, a tile wall in a bathroom, it would have been more intimidating. The rest of the install – connecting to bes to pipes- will depend a lot on the condition of your plumbing. My newer kitchen sink installed easily, with just a wrench and my hands. (Read the labels, or you may attach the pipes wrong!) But I have another for my bathroom, which has very old plumbing, and that is much harder to loosen and tighten.. I had to recruit some muscle for that one.Filter works great, it does decrease water flow a bit, but improved taste and (more importantly) safety in drinking water.

Needs more fittings to adapt to a3/8″ shut off and the water dispenser.
