Wonderfully Non-Stick
Love this pan! It is truly non-stick. Fried eggs just slide off the pan. It’s nice-looking and easy to clean. I’ve already ordered more pans.

Pans create wonderful dishes
Great pans, a breeze to cook in, easy clean up. Sturdy pans, not like aluminum non weight pans. Use very little butter/oil and clean after pan cools. Scratch resistant with non metal utensils, even heat distribution, cooks rather quickly once pan has warmed up. Love them! Breakfast slid on to the plates.

Started out good but food stuck within a month
First, the good. These pans are heavy and built like a tank. They are great looking and no doubt would give many years of service, however…We followed all directions and warnings regarding not using heat too high, since sure enough, these pans do conduct heat very well. We never burned any items while cooking, but within 1 month ordinary foods were sticking such as meats, some vegetables, and sauces, not to mention eggs (fried and scrambled, etc.).Despite the pan being a non-stick pan, we always use oil or butter to cook so this review is not based on unrealistic expectations of an egg sliding right out of a dry pan like you’d see on commercials. This is based on very realistic expectations and use of myself, my wife, one college grad, one college aged daughter, and a high-school junior, all of whom have been taught extensively how to cook by both my wife and I.We cook at least 5 nights a week, and many times more during the day for lunches, etc. so we use our cookware a lot, and have yet to find a non-stick pan that is able to withstand this level of use. But it is very disappointing that these two pans have given up after just 1 month of use. We are limping along with them, but probably going to have to go back to our normal mode of just buying dirt cheap non-stick pans from the local discount home good outlet every month or so.Very let down.

Quality Ceramic Stainless Skillet
Being stainless, not ceramic over aluminum, this skillet is heavy. It’s very large and is the same quality as my small Greenpan. I love the nonPFOA’s, Non Titanium and so on. It’s healthier cooking. I cooked hash browns the first use. I almost pushed them out of the skillet trying to pick them up to flip them over! I don’t remember my first pan being so non-stick. It’s a dream to wash. If you need a very large quality skillet, this is for you. I love mine.

This pan is the real deal.Excellent quality overall.Will last you a long time of treated correctly.Couple things to note:This version is the stainless steel core, not aluminum.Pro: It will last longerCon: It is heavierThe lid is also very quality, however the handle will get a bit hot after simmering (just be aware. It’s not too hot for me, but is too hot for others in my house without a potholder)I’ve tried a couple of these ceramic coated pans and this one is BY FAR the toughest and most quality right out of the box. It’s not even close especially for the price.Highly recommend 👍

Well made, heavy
Non-stick is working so far. Slightly discolored after first use. Since it is stainless steel, it is very heavy such that I can’t hold it with one hand to serve the food on plates.

Nothing sticks
After much research we decided to purchase these pans for safety of our cooked foods and ease of use. These are the easiest non stick cookware I have ever used over several decades on the planet. They heat up quickly so one must be careful not to use high heat for best results. Washing is almost just a rinse as nothing sticks.

Great at first, but starting to lose the non-stick surface after 6+ months.
We loved this pan, but lately we’ve been noticing food sticking really bad and it getting harder to clean. We generally try to take care of our cookware (no metal utensils, no more than 6-7 out of 10 on the stovetop temp) and this wore out faster than any of our previous or current pans. So I think I have to avoid GreenPan going forward.

Even when you follow the instructions, no scrub with hard item no dishwasher after two year the food got stuck on the pans .. i never thought i will need to souk the pan to remove the burnt food . If i know i need to change it each year i will think twice before buying it

Ich habe jetzt einige diverse Gerichte in diesen Pfannen von Green pan getestet. Gestern noch ein Spiegelei ohne jegliche Zugabe von Fett und was soll ich sagen? Absolut genial. Das Spiegelei oben weich und unten knusprig – so wie es sein soll. Easy kann man es rausrutschen lassen oder mit dem Pfannenwender aus Kunststoff rausheben. Die Pfannen brauchen nur mittlere bis kleine Hitze (ich nutze ausschließlich einen Gaskocher dafür). Wenn Röstaromen anbraten, lässt sich dennoch alles easy rühren oder schwenken. Die Reinigung ist ein WITZ. Pfanne abkühlen lassen, feucht mit einem Lappen oder Zewa auswischen und das wars. Ich hoffe, dass ich nun endlich mal Pfannen habe, die länger als 10 Monate halten! Von mir eine ganz klare Kaufempfehlung.

I absolutely love Green Pan + these stainless steel pans in particular are my favorites. It’s the second time I’ve bought this set (because I gave my first set to my son). The original set was practically new (after 4 years of daily use) and I loved them so much that I replaced them with the exact same set. Highly recommend! They’re non-stick and easy to care for, yet the stainless steel exterior and handle makes them look and feel very high-end. I love them!
