Non toxic pan, great for everyday
Current pan broke after using a few years and needed a non stick one. This one claim to be non toxic and healthier for long term use so tried it out. Great for everyday use especially when I make eggs every morning for breakfast

This pan is a welcome addition in our kitchen and there’s nothing that I don’t like about it. I’ve used it to make pancakes, eggs, grilled cheese to name a few and it’s a very well-made pan. Oddly enough, I think I’m most impressed with the lid knob -it’s seriously so comfortable to lift and hold out of any lid I’ve had in recent years and is securely attached to the glass lid. The pan and attached handle is made of a heavier stainless steel that’s not been dented, scratched or marked up with use. The inside of the pan has ceramic hybrid coating in a really cool pattern and it’s non-stick. To brown certain foods, I just brush them with a bit of oil, otherwise it takes longer and may not brown as much as I personally prefer. To be safe and keep this pan in good condition, I use non-scratch safe cookware utensils (such as silicone or wooden spatulas and stir spoons), plus wash and dry by hand once the pan has cooled down. The pan and lid both need their handles screwed on, as they arrive unassembled, but it’s simple -there’s a good screwdriver included to do it. Overall, this pan is of excellent quality, that feels and looks it. The glass lid fits securely in place and has a VERY comfortable handle. I’ve had no issues with it so far, and I’m very pleased with it. I would buy again.

When I was looking at this cookware, I did what I always do: I checked out the reviews, which were sizeable in number. Reading through them, I couldn’t help but notice the disparity between those who raved about its excellence, “best pan ever,” “no sticking,” “food cooked evenly,” like chef’s kiss kind of thing. And there were those who, um…didn’t have that experience. How could the experiences differ so much? I had to know. 🔎I like to cook and I have a variety of pans to use, from stainless steel and stoneware to Teflon and cast iron. I hadn’t tried this specific style with the textured surface that’s surged in popularity lately, so I wanted to try it, especially this “Hybrid Tri-Ply” skillet. I was genuinely curious how the “laser-etched honeycomb pattern” would perform compared to my other cookware.In the technical world, you probably know there is an expression called “user error.” And no judgement, but after testing this one, I feel that term may possibly apply here 🤷‍♀️. I say this because per the guidance (and really, for any pan), it specifically says that “letting the pan reach a steady medium heat” before adding your 👉”oil”👈, key word, and food is the secret. 👉If you put food into a cold pan, it’s going to bond to the surface.🛠️🪛 DIY AssemblyOne thing to note: this pan is a bit of a DIY project. It comes disassembled, and the box includes the pan, the handle, the lid, the knob (which is stainless steel), screws, and a screwdriver. If you’re NOT very handy (like me), this might pose a tiny challenge. And since you want to assemble it 💯 well, you may want to ask someone to help you put it together; otherwise the handle won’t be as tight as you’d want. I did and I’m not afraid to admit it. You’re dealing with a steel frying pan, so you want the handle tightly adhered and everything balanced for cooking purposes and safety purposes. Obviously.My Observations:🧈🫗 It is not a “dry” pan: You need a bit of fat for the cooking process. Whether it’s oil or butter, 👉that lubricant is what makes the etched surface work with the ceramic.🔥 Heat management: This pan conducts heat very quickly. You rarely want (or have to) go above a medium setting, which also helps preserve the finish.🍳 What I’ve cooked in it:I’ve tested it with eggs cooked in butter, no sticking. Based on how it performs, this pan should work well for:Grilled cheese/quesadillas – butter or a light oil spray, you’re goldenSautéed vegetables – mushrooms, peppers, onions (in oil)Pan-seared chicken (thin cutlets or thighs) – oil it up, medium heat, let it get a crust before flippingFish fillets – especially good for delicate stuff like tilapia or salmon, in butter and or oilStir-fry – the efficient heat conduction of this pan is made for this🍳 The Build: Once assembled, it’s an 8-inch pan (1.7 lbs) and is made for any induction stove as the details state.🧼🫧 Washing or Pan CleanupAs long as you use some oil while cooking, cleanup is pretty straightforward. The pan is “dishwasher safe,” but I don’t have a dishwasher, so that’s not an option for me. I found that using warm water and a soft sponge works. If there is food stuck or caramelized on the honeycomb texture, a short soak in the sink helps loosen it up before you start washing.🗝️ Curious no more. The key to the mystery of the differing user experiences? There is no mystery!If you’re willing to use a little oil, do a proper warm-up, and get it assembled correctly, it performs well. Or, if you try it and use it without the recommended technique, you’ll likely be among reviewers who were frustrated.Hopefully if you read this review, it will lead you to have a good experience like I did. This pan surpassed my expectations from a frying pan in so many aspects!It came in with a regular brown compact, no special pretty design box, so I did not expect much at all, but once I took it out, I was like wow!Firstly, the white-creamy color is so pretty, clean and modern look and design. The bottom texture stands out in a way that it’s not only resistant to scratches but also anti dislocation unexpectedly. None of my other pans has this anti-movement feature and i really appreciate this design.The handle is stainless steel material and stay cool during cooking provides a comfortable, secure grip.When looking at the surface, I couldn’t help to keep touching the hexagon honeycomb-texture to ensure it’s real texture because i haven’t seen this design before. It’s really beautiful look, and when using it, i noticed this texture surface helps food release easily with minimal oil and can improve the cooking be healthier and prevent the food from sticking directly to metal.This pan also comes with a glass lid which is a thoughtful touch. We always want matching lids for pans and pots to prevent spill and/or reserve more heat for food! What a considerate thought to include the lid so that users do not have to shop for another one!Cleanup is effortless too, where most residue wipe away directly and washable.Do keep in mind that it’s a 8-inch pan, so more suitable for relatively smaller portion of cooking need.Overall, this pan becomes my favorite one since arrival. It’s well-crafted, combines durability, ease of use and elegant style! Friends who visited me saw my pan and all love it too! Highly recommend!
