So happy with my new electric kettle. It works wonderful. Easy setup and heats quickly. Last kettle was metal, this one is glass. Enjoy seeing the water boil. Kettle included a lovely note from the family owned company I purchased the kettle from. What a wonderful way to thank customers when purchase was not face to face. Great personal thank you and a Classy Touch. Have never receive this from any other AMAZON purchases of 10 + years. Sometimes don’t receive a thank you when I make face to face purchases. Gets the job done
We have been using our electric kettle for about a month now multiple times a day.Pros-Easy to use-Seems well made and durable (we really like Mueller products in general)-Gets your water boiling in a short amount of time-Looks nice sitting on the counter-Non-toxic features, such as the borosilicate glass and stainless steelCons-Boiling water touches black plastic when being poured with the lid on. This is a pretty being con for us as we prefer to not drink anything that touches plastic, especially at high temps. This can be prevented by taking off the lid before pouring but that’s annoying to do.-If you take the kettle off early (when it is still heating) and then replace it the kettle will start to reheat again. Our last kettle would automatically reset itself once you removed the kettle from the base. It’s a little thing…Overall, it is a decent kettle and it gets the job done. The black plastic on the lid hitting boiling water is a pretty big negative for us. If you are not concerned about this then I think you would like it.

BEST kettle EVER & It’s SO Fast-I LOVE IT!!!
This kettle is above and beyond my old one and even above what I expected. And I paid four times as much for my previous one. And it didn’t last a year barely!So yes, even after reading all the glowing reviews I was still pleasantly surprised by how amazing this kettle really is!My old one was huge (which I loved as I use lots and lots of hot water at a time), BUT it poured badly & it usually ended up back-splashing coffee on me from my pour over, like literally onto my shirt with out fail pretty much on a daily basis.Yeah… SO NOT Fun…But this one is nearly the same size & It is weighted JUST RIGHT!! So that even tho it’s large, (holding a LOT of water!) it still pours like a dream! Esp for being so big! I just LOVE THAT!And it heats oh so super fast!!! That I don’t even have to go sit down & wait!It’s legit almost done boiling nearly TOO fast for me! Which I will get used to in time & which I sincerely ADORE!And I really do mean the whole pot is boiled fast, not just one single cup!I absolutely love the top of this kettle too. (Just be sure you use your brain & don’t pull the lid off w your face or hand directly above the lid -while it’s still steaming hot- or Anyone would get burned!!!So pls pls just use ur common sense on that!)My old kettle in truth def did have more base options tho, like what temp to select and for how long to keep the boil going which I could program in, but honestly, I only ever used two options AND two temps. So it’s not a huge loss.I will admit tho that I do really miss the keep warm feature tho.That feature I used quite a lot and sincerely wish they had on this pot..(Tho it seems most folks prefer an auto shut off instead… Not me tbh..)Also, my previous pot and it’s top were glass and metal only (which sounds great in theory & for health reasons…supposedly… —UNTIL reality intervenes & you have condensation that makes for immense limescale buildup (esp in FL), all over the top and around the edges of the top so it looked absolutely horrid absolutely every single day, ‘til I have to give it yet another vinegar bath, & another & another & another… U see the pattern..(Ugh, just so not fun! LOL! As it was an utter nightmare to clean that last kettle so VERY often (as I used it so often)..So the bottom line is that I am really SOO much happier w this lid/top of this pot instead, even tho it’s plastic AND with this entire kettle in general also! But esp this top as it is small, & plugs down into the top of the water pot so that it basically sits down in the kettle nearly, so there’s no splashing out while boiling and all the condensation falls back into the water pot. And the top sits inside the pot but it doesn’t touch the water being boiled!-Which is seriously the best of all worlds, just believe me on that! Since I have tried many other options previously. This one kettle works best. I have owned 4 diff ones these last few years..So, THIS kettle is designed wonderfully all the way around and to me is legit worthy of 10 stars out of 5!Now, I will add in closing that if it just lasts for over a year I will be even more over the moon ecstatic w this brand and a total customer for life! ;)Best of luck to my fellow coffee & tea drinkers!
